tendonitis

I developed what was diagnosed as a repetitive strain injury to the wrists and elbows, the tendons are affected. A combination of physical strain and feelings of being under pressure aggravate the problem. The pain varies from very sharp to dull ache. Any ideas on a remedy. I have tried Ruta.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Could be worth using Hep Sul 3x twice a day for a week ONLY.

Joe will probably suggest Arnica and that is not unreasonable
