Tendonitis/Tennis Elbow
Hello. I have a bad case of tennis elbow or tendonitis. I believe the remedy is Ruta Grav. Can you tell me what potency I should be taking and if there are any other remedies that will help heal my ailment faster?Thank you.

hi...u can take ruta 30c...thrice daily. if the tennis elbow is due to any injury you can alternate ruta with arnica 30c which will help u heal faster
