Knee arthrosis and tennis elbow

I am 50 y.o. female. I had left femur fracture in 1989. Now I have pain in the same knee when going up and down the stairs. Cartilage of the tibia is disintegrating. Swelling around left outer side of the knee. My right knee is getting double pressure since it's natural body's response to unload the pressure form the hurting joint. Both and many other joints are making clicking sounds. I also have tennis elbow on my left arm. I took Rhus Tox 200 one pellet on 6/14 and 6/18. Elbow and knee are little better, but pain is still there. One of the homeopaths prescribed Ruta Q drops. I have searched online and found SBL Ruta Graveolens Mother Tincture Q. Is that what he means by Ruta Q? If so, I only see it available from India with free shipping which will take very long time to arrive. I have Ruta 30C available. Will diluting a pellet in water substitute for Ruta Q? I'd appreciate a reply. Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes Q is Mother Tincture. 30c in water won't substitute Q. To substitute Q one will need lower liquid dilutions like 1x to 6x.

One would transfer 5 to 10 drops of 6x liquid into some water(approx 50ml drinking water) and would take it as a dose just like one would do with the mother tincture. But for this one would need to have good quantity of 6x liquid medicine.

If one just has got a few tablets/pills or only a little liquid, then one needs to transfer upto 10 pills/tablets or 10 drops of the medicine to 125ml water bottle and the bottle should be shaken so that the solution mixes well. From this bottle using a dropper 10 drops can be taken as one dose. After finishing this either this solution can be re-prepared with the remaining medicine or if there is enough liquid/pill medicine newly bought one could use it directly instead of making water solution.
