Nat Mur 50m Menopause?
Hi there,Im going through huge hormone changes and have been given Nat 50m. I have taken the 10m in the past for depression and other symptoms and it has helped. I just want to confirm the dosage of the 50m as I realise its a higher dose(one drop of liquid) so I assume one dose is enough? Or do I take one dose a week for a month? My homeopath is away and wasnt too clear on the dosage so I thought Id ask here.
My main symptom at the moment is sudden weight gain, joint pains, and anxiety.
Many thanks

My thyroid test came back within normal range, but I do feel tired generally. Female hormones came back normal as well although oestrogen declining of course, I am 45 years old.

Thank you so much Dr Anuj. One last question. Is Nat Mur recommended for weight gain and join pains related to menopause? Would you advise me to consider any other backup remedy in case?
