Autism spectrum disroder

Hi, my son is 26 yrs. old and is on the Autism spectrum. He also has language processing issues, anxiety and OCD. He is very polite, kind and always follows rules. He worked very hard to graduate with a Mathematics degree and is working in retail full time. He had no functional language until age 6 and has come a long way since (after lot of therapy) but his language is not fluid and natural. His thinking is also concrete and black and white. He asks us the same questions everyday about how well we slept, our plans for the day, dinner menu etc; He can talk to people one on one, answering/asking questions but cannot have deep/meaningful conversations. He has never had any friends and the loneliness has given him extreme anxiety and OCD. He manages work well but when at home, he appears quiet and sad, finding it hard to engage in any activity to entertain himself. He watches TV, plays games very briefly (sometimes not more than a minute) and feels lost. Every few weeks, he goes into a crying spell. That is when, tears rolling down his face, he very articulately expresses his worries about future, and how he needs people in his life other than parents. He wants to be able to laugh loud, have fun with friends he can connect with and do things with them. He keeps asking me what topics people like to talk about. He says he will always live alone and suffer in pain and never even have a relationship. Its so heartbreaking to see him like this and I am emotionally exhausted. PLEASE help us:( Please only advise if you have experience with this kind of issue. I am in the US and will have to look for the meds here. I hope we can find them, Thanks so much!!!!!
