Abdominal pain

Hello - I’ve had lower abdominal cramps/pain for several weeks. Concentrated in the lower belly/groin area. Feeling if a heavy weight and turning in abdomen and pressure to go to toilet but nothing happens. Much flatulence which gives short lived relief. Worse after meals - better with hot drinks and lying down with hot water bottle (at night). Unsure if bladder or lower intestines. Urine dark in colour but no cystitis type pain. Stool hard kernels towards constipation which is unusual for me.

Would much appreciate your help - thank you in advance!
