I have a little over 3 year old grandchild. He is a lively and cheerful boy. The problem is that he refuses to defecate in the toilet bowl. He always poops in his pants and it doesnt seem to bother him. The boy does sit on the toilet bowl, but he never urinates. The boy makes several small stools in his pants during the day. The stools are sometimes hard stools and sometimes completely normal. The boy sometimes complains of a stomach ache and then the stool is loose. The boys mother keeps the boy in diapers and the mother does not like that the boy is potty trained. Shes okay with the boy pooping in his pants.
The boy had already learned to urinate in the toilet bowl, but now he often urinates in the diaper as well.
The boy always goes somewhere under the table to defecate.
The boy is also bad at eating. Eat small portions of food. The boy is very slim. Not tired during the day though.
