Left Watery eyes

I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing persistent watery eyes and occasional sneezing in the mornings. I consulted a homeopathy doctor who prescribed three medications: Silicea 30, Ammonium Carb 30, and Magnesia Phos 6X. While the sneezing after my morning shower has improved, the watery eyes remain a concern.

I also visited an eye doctor who diagnosed me with an eye infection and prescribed antibiotic drops for my left eye. Although the watery eyes are now somewhat under control, I still experience slight discharge from the left eye and a sensation as if something is in my eye.

I would appreciate any additional recommendations or treatments you might suggest. For context, I am a 41-year-old male software professional and I also have diabetes.

Thank you for your assistance!
