Help with nervous system?
I have posted some over the past few years and have also had many protocols with homeopaths and I have gotten nowhere and honestly in the past 3 years have really just gotten worse. That partly might be because I cant take anything without reacting. So no vitamins, amino acids, many minerals, magnesium and the list goes on. I really need to get healthy. I was diagnosed many many years ago with HPA axis dysregulation which affected my weight hair energy etc. It came on after a period of time on a birth control pill. I started becoming intolerant of so many things listed above after my marriage became very stressful and led to a divorce and was quite a shock to me. Its crazy. Because I had hair issues after the pill thats where I end up reacting. My hair is brittle, dry doesnt grow. Things that I guess with adrenal/hypothyroid/hormone issues. But when I take something like a vitamin or even many homeopathic remedies it gets worse. After my divorce my hair began to look like it was like hair that was damaged by chemical processing. It went stick straight after having semi curly hair. So worse for me is super stiff like whatever I took made it electrocuted. It has no flexibility. I have been prescribed calc fluor, nat mur, sepia, conium, phos acid, Kali phos 6x and 200c and so many other things and nothing is changing. My hair just continues to get worse and I really need to be able to take the things I cant. Lately I have some bad split ends and its mainly on the right side. Hair is worse all around on the right side. I dont know if this response is my nervous system kinda like a person with autoimmune cant take things because it makes the body respond in a negative way. I know homeopathy is about healing and not treating the symptoms so I thought Id ask if anyone knew anything that would be a good fit to help my body not respond to things I need in a negative way. Yes still dealing with HPA axis dysregulation. I have not healed of anything. Everything just gets worse.
Hair issues came after birth control pill along with weight issues.
Never before had any weight issues. Always was very thin and never gained weight until the pill.
Have had blood work done years ago showing that I dont convert enough t4 to t3 but Ive been told I have adrenal issues that are making my thyroid weak. This came from 2 homeopaths.
Every issue I deal with came after the pill yet Ive done birth control detox including sepia, pulsatilla etc prescribed by homeopath. Ive done mercury detox, antibiotic, steroid all with no results. Gut issues such as bloating etc came back after doing a poly bowel protocol. It made things worse and not better.
I am a chilly person. Have always been told low iron but nothing fixes and now I react to iron.
Only depressed over this issue of reaction, that its never going to get better, cant lose weight, cant grow hair, hair is so awful when it used to be very full and pretty. I felt like its always lacked normal growth but Ive also feel like maybe that was an iron issue? I always had very heavy periods.
Divorce came about because I was married to someone who exhibited narcissistic tendencies. He left. This was very stressful over all and the stress leading up to the divorce and the divorce itself is when all symptoms got worse but ultimately when I began reacting to vitamins, amino acids, herbs etc. I truly dont understand the hair connection though. Up until recently it also affeced my skin. I would get dry patches from it on my skin but now its only my hair.
No one else in my family has any issues.
I am in US Indiana. It is spring here. Starting to get warm. We can get some high humidity but its a pretty mild climate area.
I am 52, 55. I dont own a scale but I would guess around 150 lbs. White.
I will post photos in a bit.

I click to add pictures and then nothing happens after I select the photo and try to upload. Can I send pictures to your email? I did make sure to get a picture of an itchy spot on my head. There are actually quite a few in that same area and only that area. Right side towards the top and back. I used to have on left side as well but they cleared up and havent come back. The hair in the area of those sores is actually more coarse than the rest of my hair. The front I am having trouble with my bangs being very thin but also hair that is crinkled or zig zag coming in.

Not sure about symptoms because I was diagnosed with this through a hair mineral test and other homeopaths. Fatigue, weight gain that wont go away no matter what, dry brittle hair, if I move my head to quickly I get dizzy, cant swing on a swing or watch anyone swinging. I immediately after taking that birth control pill had a drastic hair change in texture, began putting on weight etc. It did not change for the better after the pill or any protocols to remove it from my body so I am assuming it has ruined something. Since then I have had problems with anxiety. Not panic attacks just things worry me more and I dont go do things I did before.
