f w. excema, rosacea and breathing disorder

Hi...I was born with excema but aside from dry skin, the itchy part went away as an adult. I am now a 39 year old woman living in Colorado (15 yrs now), very healthy lifestyle, active, 5'3' and 109 pds.. My excema is back really badly and i think partially a result of tree and grass pollens and partially internal disorder. I don't go to MD's. Not insured and prefer alternative measures. My face has always been clear and this year since doing a lot of hot yoga it now looks like i have rosacea or excema around my mouth area. Lastly, 3 yrs ago i got sick for 3 months with an upper respiratory thing from a trip to France and ever since have had trouble getting full breaths. I feel they must all be related somehow and am looking for help on all three. Can you help? Thanks for your time.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Eczema and asthma are interchangeable conditions when one is bad the other is good .

Both are indications of a depleted immune system.

What on earth is ' hot yoga'.?

Live yoghurt and acidophillus capsules may help. Obliterating all stress from your life will also help.

Thanks. I don't have asthma though. The breathing thing is subtle but annoying and unidentifiable but a result of the weird virus i got in my travels 3 yrs. ago. The excema is the main thing i want relief from. I don't have that much stress at the moment so am not sure why it's flaired up so badly after all these years. Can you explain why live cultures and acidophilus might help? Does that calm the internal organs?
