chronic blocked nose

I have a chronic blocked nose. I have been using decongestant sprays for a very long time. Now i have a very difficult time when I am sleeping. My tongue gets very dry. I am using saline water and have stopped the sprays. Is there any homeopathic medicine which can help me. Thank you.

Ammonium Carbonicum 6C in the morning and Sambucus Nigra 30 at night will give you relief. Take is for a week.
