First I would see a neurologist just to rule out the begining stages of certain neurological disorders that usually present arourn you age group. EEEK I know! Just a precaution though. I would also start working cross words and logic puzzles to stimulate mental acuity, stop drinking caffine and soda pops, start drinking water, don't eat several hours before bed so that the HGH produced in you body can work efficiently at bed time without the interference of insulin, always eat breakfast, start snacking on healthy items throught the day, eat several small meals rather than 3 big ones, and drop all synthetic isolated vitamins and start taking orgainc whole foor nutritional supplements. I have one particularly in mind...especially if you are a diabetic or have a family history of heart problems. I can't talk about it here.
