Arnica 30x
Hi everyone, I am new here... I stumbled upon this site looking for answers about Arnica. There is little info out there that is positive about it. That is frusterating. I have used Arnica for a while now and find it very helpful for the inflamation and pain in my back from a serious car accident. I am wondering though is there a limit to what one can take? How about prolonged usage, is there any indications that one should not take it long term?Great site by the way thanks

Arnica Helps Smokers to QUIT
Arnica is the ultimate remedy to cure a Hangover.
It is very safe to be used on a daily basis and I have done so for the last 11 years and am convinced that I owe to it my present state of wellness at my age 76.
In your case I have a few patients who were suffering from the aftermath of car accidents for which they have suffered varying degrees of back pain for which the only therapy in medicine is analgesics which only serve to afford temporary relief from pain while also causing other serious side effects.

I am not sure what the wet dose is... I use the tablets that you put under your tounge. I take 4 Arnica 30x. In accute times I use 4 every 15 mins for the first hour then every hour after that until relief. Thanks for your response
