pilonidal cyst

My son has pilonidal cyst but there is no discharge coming out since few months. It is dry. As suggested on this forum about a month ago I had given him myrestica 200 one dose. After a week I gave him one more dose of myrestica 200 as there was no discharge coming out. Then after one more week I started with silica 6x for a week. Then I have given him 1 dose of silica 200 last sunday. But there is no change in the cyst. It is of same size, the size of a pea and it is as dry as before. I would like to know what further I should give him so that his skin becomes normal. He has no discomfort but only a feeling that something is there on that spot.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try Hepar sulph 10M weekly one dose for a month i.e. 4 dose and see the result.
