_During the period May03-Oct 03. I suffered from Chronic fatigue.Higher resting heart rate. Couldnt sustain prolong exercise ie >30 mins.Heart rate shot up to max at <50% speed/intensity of exercise.Took longer to recover to normal heart rate after exercise.Poor interrupted sleep.Visited several doctors (mainly allopathy) incl those in sports medicine who advised me to rest with little exercise.My LdL & triglyceride was doubled by end sept03 as compare to Feb03.Felt depressed most of the time.
_Business travelled to Europe in July 04.No spicy food,very little rice,lots of salad/vege,potatoes,fish,no meat.Somewhat cleaner air while jogging.
_Nux Vormica have made me sleep better. Easier to sleep and less interruption.Wife commented I am more talkative and jovial. The occasional tingling/numbness is significantly less now compare to last few days.
_I like chocolate but have almost stop (90%) taking them since last year.
_Perhaps I am a worrier.Always think and want to take preventive actions. Be it in the office,home family,personal health.
_Not troubled by flatulence
_No serious vision problem. Weras glasses (100-120) for long distance driving.
_No breathing problems. Frequently snores according to my wife
_No skin Outbreak/itching.
Have a spotty back (abdomen) since childhood.
_Arsenic was given to cleans toxins in my body.
_No problems with gums.
_ No problem fasting sunrise/sunset ,pantoprazol free during Ramadan (Oct 03)
