sulphur

I have been treating my teenage son with sulphur 30 for chronic nasal congestion and frequent sore throats.I gave him one dose of 30c 3 days ago he had many aggravations .He became very hot ,sore throat seemed like the remedy was correct.I have not repeated remedy since.Today 3 days later he had a sore throat again and his nose is more congested,should I wait before repeating dose?.He's not too keen on taking more in case his symptoms become aggravated again.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

many aggravtions---break these up into groups-

(1) have had before in life and showing up again
(2) aggravation of existing symptoms
(3) new symptoms (never experienced ever in health history)

next which symptoms have remained and which are no longer occuring.

if any symptoms stilloccurring formgroup 3 --then new remedy is indicated..

if full relapse back to smae state as stared with no variance at all..then look into maintaining factors--life stye --diet--maybe closet smoker of tobacco /cannabis..etc --look closely at this area--if sugar user--will intefere--as will explain the aggrvations...

if some improvement in areas outside of main complaint and no new symptoms--then may consider repeating sulphur..

just some guidelines...this create any questions?

also potency--method dose was given..all factors need consider...as mosyly this applies to (when imporvement of some sort -no new symptoms-and seems to have relapse)

new symptom that has appeared is cold sores on top and bottom lips which i hope is a good sign.His energy level seems better although he still has a sore throat and slightly blocked nose.

if never had cold sores in health history ever before--then sulphur no longer indicated...

look into remedies--- cinnbaris ; merc sol.

actually you are wrong there.It comes under (lips; out-breaks on lips; cold sores, herpes; around lips; ;)under indications for Sulphur.

new smptoms (never ocuurred in health history before)--when find these in pathogenesis of remedy administered--indicates overaction of remdy adminstered--whether in proving sense or that remedy was not most homoeopathic to case.....eitehr way case must be retaken and remedy is not to be repeated until ...

is sulphur the only remedy with cold sore symptoms as listed? look closer..
