Torn ligament

My brother is an active man, 35 years old. Exercises regularly. He was kicking a ball one day when he experienced a sharp pain in his knee joint.
Now he finds it difficult to squat. I attach his email and hope to get some advice on treatment.

I had a small accident 2 weeks ago - here are the details.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
depending on the severity of tear---whether or not lasar surgery will be of benefit---but in such case --is to refrain from extreme use--and use of rhus -t as well as calc sooner or later--for now just rhus t.
