Stomach Ache Problem

Hello, I am only a young teen and I do not know much vocab dealing with stomach pain, so please bear with me.

Since last week, I've been having sharp, painful stomach aches. Not the normal feeling I had before. I get this every day if not every other day. It only lasts about 30mins-1hour but is very painful. The lower left of my abdominal area makes a noticeable noise and I am very worried about this.. I also haven't had a normal 'trip to the bathroom' for a while. The only time I am able to 'get rid of some waste' is during a painful stomach ache on the toilet. Which results in a more moist outcome..

Also, most of the time, I don't feel that hungry and I seem to feel more full after eating a meal.
I haven't seen a doctor yet because this just started and I am hoping it will get better soon.

What do you recommend I try to do? Such as, stay away from foods such as..?

Thank you so much,
-Vince

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Colocynthis 30 would relieve you from this problem.

You stated that you have sharp painful stomach aches.

Do you have them before or after a meal ?
