tetanus shot

Hello to all. I recieved a tetanus shot 3 days ago for stepping on a piece of glass and recieved stitches. I have felt like I have the flu. Mild temp. and feel exteremly tired. And the feeling of just ichy. I have read the other things posted about vaccs. not being good for you. Is there any remedey that might help me and should I be worried?
