Menstrual Problems

Hi... My problem is that i have irreguler menstrual cycle. I had donated blood in August. This was the second time in the year I am donating blood the first time being in March. After donating the first time also I had a delayed menstrual cycle by about 7 days. but this time its around 10 days and the cycle dint start still. Also since I am married i dont want to get pregnant at this stage as my career is still in the phase of settlement.

I had been feeling a little drowsy also these days. I am used to sleeping for 7 to 8 hrs but these days I am unable to wake myself up. I thpught it may be anaemia so had beetroot soup n papaya but it does not seem to help.

Please give me a medication for starting my menstrual cycle as soon as possible.

Thanx,
Sirisha.

And dont donate blood before 6 months have passed to prior donation. In your case only 5 months(full months) have passed. Give time for your body to refresh blood.
