Attention Deficit Disorder
I am a 58 year old man with attention deficit disorder all my life. Recently I took a diet pill with ephedra and to my surprise, my concentration level tripled. Is there any safe homeopathic medicine for my condition ? i dont want to keep on taking ephedra.zap1003 on 2006-09-23

Ah - this is a classic example of why homeopathy works - like cures like. Ephedra is like speed and so it helped you with your ADD. That is the same reason Ritalin works for some. But allopathic drugs simply cover up the symptoms while homeopathy cures them.

Here is what I have noted in him and myself in general is this hereditary?? Please help
I have noted all these symptoms in him which I also have it.
Very depressed. Forgetfull and less concentrated.
Often does not give close attention to details or makes careless mistakes in schoolwork, work, or other activities.
Often has trouble keeping attention on tasks but good in play or other activities.
Often does not seem to listen when spoken to directly.
Often does not follow instructions and fails to finish schoolwork, chores,
the workplace (not due to oppositional behavior or failure to understand instructions).
Often has trouble organizing activities.
Often avoids, dislikes, or doesn't want to do things that take a lot of mental effort for a long period of time (such as schoolwork or homework).
Often loses things needed for tasks and activities (e.g. toys, school assignments,
pencils, books, or tools).
Is often easily distracted.
