There is no question of my disappearing as you state 'On and Off'. I did not notice your last post which I note you made on Sept 27, yesterday as I did not get the usual email alert.
I wish to record my resentment at your attitude especially on a forum of this type that has a few prescribers who voluntarily help those in distress.
If you are not happy with my effort to help those whom I feel I can, you are advised to seek assistance elsewhere.
