gastric problem

I am 52 years old. I am suffering from serious gastric problem since last 10 years. My body cannot tolerate fatty and heavy food stuff.
Due to this poor digestive system I am not able to take sound sleep at night. I can only sleep for half an hour at one go and later feel very difficult to sleep.
I m loosing my body weight day by day. I feel perfect during the day time but not at night due to same problem that i have mentioned earlier.
Among my qualities, i never feel tired inspite of this problem of sleeplessness and remain active through out the day.
thanks in advance for your time and hoping to get a reply
