No energy

For the past couple months i feel like i have no energy and always feel so tired. I do drink coffee daily and that does wake me up in the morning but soon after the 'buzz' wears off and i'm back to square one. I dont believe that sleep is the problem because i get plenty between 7-9hrs a night. I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation of something i could do to resolve this. Only being 20 i dont think that i should feel this way all the time.

Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Shana8986,
Being so young, you are correct in that your energy should be higher, especially if you are sleeping well. However, in order of anyone to assist you here, we would need more information about you generally than just you are young with no energy.

Coffee is generally not recommnended in homeopathic treatment as it can void the benefits of many remedies.

Have you had any accidents, disappointments or significant events in your life recently? What are your cycles like? What is your diet? Are you eating well, lots of green veggies and protein? Many factors can lead to flagging energy.

Please tell us more about yourself, then perhaps a remedy can be suggested that could restore you.

Blessings,
Jade
