Magicure was helping me a lot and he knows the case in detail so I addressed him in my post. If you have answers to my questions please reply to it.
I am in Toronto, Canada. Winter is extremely cold here. This morning it was -13 but felt like -30 with wind chill.

It is better to go along with one prescriber.Magicure will be back.
Just wait for a few days.
I was in Rochester(U.S.A.) around Jan,long back,and it was-6 to -7 at that time.I tried to visit Canada,to see Niagara falls from the Canadian side,but was refused entry ,as we didn't have a visa.Ofcourse,there was no 'fall' but a sheet of ice.
When you live long in such conditions,you.perhaps, get used to it.

Way back in Novemebr you asked if there were good homeopaths in Toronto (I just read the whole post). No one has answered your question yet. I too am here in Toronto (digging out of all the snow today - and still more to come!!) and can tell you that yes, there are dozens of excellent qualified classical homeopaths in Toronto. Depending upon your location and transportation, I could recommend a few. How would you like me to do that, as I'm not sure if it should be done on a public forum. Perhaps someone from the administration could suggest a method of communicating this info. I'm not a homeopath but a patient and student.

It's been long since I gave the constitutional remedy (calc carb)you prescribed for my son. Do we still wait to see changes? What is your conclusion now as I don't see any more changes. I just want to know the full process.
I am satisfied with his condition right now, but just want to know is there anything more we could do or are you still waiting for further changes.... will there be the effect of the remediy till now? Ofcourse I would like if he would improve more ... right now he takes too long to eat and tries to escape from it. But overall he eats fine amount and good to mention that he is not loosing weight.

Since today morning he started having runny nose, loss of apetite, irritated, rubs his nose all the time.

Is he having runny nose ALL the time? or does it become stuffy at night? How is the coryza? ( watery/ thick/ sticky/ difficult to blow etc...) What is its colour?
How is his tongue? Does he have any digestive disturbance?
If he has whitish coating on tongue, runny nose with clear watery coryza , you can give him Nux 200 , 5-6 pills three times a day.
If the coryza is yellowish or whitish , if he is crying a lot,and is better in open air, If his thirst is decreased then give him Pulsatilla 200, 5-6 pills three times a day.
If the coryza is sticky and is difficult to blow, Kali Bich 200, 5-6 pills three times a day.

IF THE SYMPTOMS ARE STILL THE SAME , start with Nux 30 immediately. Give 5-6 pills and dont give him anything to eat/ drink atleast for half an hour before or after taking the medicine. Give it THREE times a day.
30 is a lower potency, but you can try that.If you dont see any improvement, you might have to buy Nux 200. Thats indeed a very useful remedy.

I have not started Nux yet. His nose is running bit less now, everything else is same.

I gave Calc Carb because it was one of the remedy given by that homeopath (remember the guy who gave 5 diff remedies), and you were not online so just thought to try that.
Yes I think it made him bit better, like running water got less.
Ok now I will give him Nux 30 and watch for the changes.

Hi Magicure,
Yesterday night at about 12 o'clock he started coughing and in a second vomited all what he had for dinner.
He coughs while sleeping and while eating. Nose is not running that much but has blocked nose.
This morning his 3 times course of Nux is finished. Do you want me to continue on it?

Ok I stopped Nux.
1. He has bowel movement everyday.
2. Appetite is not very good. (better than first 2 days tho).
3. Cough while sleeping.
You know what? Me and my husband are also getting cold now. Should I open a different thread or can you suggest here some basic remedies for us too? Right now we both have sore throat.

No more medicine for your son.
For you and your husband, if the complaints have started just today ( duration less than about 24 hrs ), then take Aconite 200. Take 5-6 pills on clean tongue, 4 times a day.Keep posting about your condition.
If it is not too late ( for aconite to work, because it works best when taken at the ONSET of symptoms ), you should see improvement in a day.
Do you have expectoration? cold? if yes , what colour?

4. Appearance--what does the person, or the part that's bothering the person, look like; anything remarkable?
Redness, swelling,coating, discharge etc...

6. Modalities--what makes the complaint better or worse?

Here are my answers for myself, I cannot give the detail about my husband right now, most of the things should be same tho. Mine started from yesterday night so I could take the remedy you suggested but I am at work right now and on my way home I have to buy the remedy.
Right now it is just like indication of getting cold, normally it starts like this when I get cold with running nose and cough.

Son had cold so we caught from him, yesterday night (Feb 10)
3. Sensation--
I'm constantly trying to swallow, and when I swallow I feel the pain.
4. Appearance--
A little Redness.

Warm rooms and fresh air makes it better. Drinking something hot makes it better, drinking cold makes it worse. Sunlight makes it worse

Expectoration, white mucous ( I get this even when I am not sick).
9. Generals--
Nothing till now.
