There does seem to be a very small reduction in the frequency but not the intensity. Also that 'teenage' attitude is coming back i.e. when told to bring dirty clothes to laundry room 'I don't want to and I'm not going to'. Everything seems unfair to her and her lack of responsibility for her own actions is what alarms me. She is very good at twisting what I say & putting the blame back on me.

So, before moving on to another remedy, I think it will be prudent to try a higher dose of Anacardium.
Please give her a single dose of Anacardium Orientale 200c, and make sure nothing enters her mouth 1 hr before and 1 hr after the dose.

Sameer, this is not related - well I don't know. Since last Friday 10-24, Olivia has been ill. She has had a low grade fever, low energy, decreased appetite, and a persistent cough. The cough is worse at night and it wakes her up at night. She also gets a small amount of blood just inside her nostrils. Could you please suggest something for cough please. Ever since she was a baby she has always struggled with respiratory illness. I have not given the higher dose of Anacardium - have not received it yet. Thank you.

She says she also gets a headache from 'thinking' at school more specifically from doing math - describes this as being on the top of her head something pushing on head then letting go then pushing, letting go. Also the cough is mostly dry hacking cough - not productive and her chest does not sound congested. Thank you for your help.

When she is sick, she is very mild - no screaming or tantrums - likes to get alot of hugs. She doesn't even fight with her brother.

It took a long time for her to get over the cough she had. So quite honestly I did not order the higher dose of her remedy. Now in the past 1-2 weeks, I have noticed an increase in the baby talk, and when something bad or serious happens, she gets that smirk on her face. So I have ordered the higher dose of her remedy as you suggested, and I am waiting for it to arrive. What is that smirk all about? It scares me. Why would something bad make her smile? I don't understand that.

Yes I did give pulsatilla for the cough and she did not respond to that.
She is always saying 'that's not fair' and does find the negative in people & situations. She also will never admit that she has done something wrong - always blames someone else. I worry about her because she has very few friends and when I try and suggest she play with someone from school or someone else in the neighborhood she always has a reason why she can't. So she isolates herself on the weekends playing computer games. I have noticed that the screaming/tantrums are far less than they had been. What a blessing that is! One more thing I know about her is that she appears as though nothing scares her. When she was really little & doing something wrong a simple assertive command did nothing. She wouldn't take a time out, yelling didn't even do anything. I think deep inside things do bother her and things do scare her but she does not let it show. I hope this helps. Where do I get liquid remedy? And do I mix it in anything? Thank you Sameer.

The above prescription is not mine. I would never give such 'mongrel' prescriptions which go against all the principles of homeopathy. The above is a very dangerous prescription and can be harmful.
Please give me some time, I will analyze everything from the beginning again, and will make my suggestion.

Thank you Sameer. I didn't even realize that it wasn't you who made that suggestion. I will pay more attention. I will give the Natrum Muriaticum and post results.

Sameer, HELP! I gave her the natrum mur on 11-20. There has been a great increase in fighting with her brother, screaming, being defiant - everything is 'stupid and annoying'. Any suggestions? Thanks
