Have you ever taken Sepia ? If so in what potency ?

Oh yes, at least 4 times. But I haven't taken any in the past 8 months for sure.
I always took 30c.
I have to add something regarding my son:
it has been 3 nights that he doesn't sleep well. he wakes up several times and wants me to hug him or sleep besides him. sometimes it is like every hour or two.

I took it on my own. There were times that I responded very well specially once I remember I was so tired all the time and it had a good effect on me. but on the other hand there was one time that it didn't affect in any way. probably I took it wrong.

dear sameer,
i feel that sepia is more appropriate for me. specially the irritability and guilt and isolation part matches me. also there are other things that sound like a good match:
aversion to company yet dreads being completely alone
mother angry and at least disturbance yells at children.
general amelioration from vigorous exercise and from any occupation
general aggravation from 2 to 4 pm
fainting tendency
aversion to sex, to being touched sexually
hirsutism
and a few more.
i feel that sepia is more appropriate for me. specially the irritability and guilt and isolation part matches me. also there are other things that sound like a good match:

Hi Sameer,
I just got the sepia 200 from store.
But since last night I got a big swollen right upper eyelid. it is a little bit red and kind of yellow as well. It is pretty big to the point that my right eye is half open. it doesn't hurt unless I close my eyes and press them hard. no itching so far.
Should I take the sepia 200 dose?

I took sepia last night. I looked up the sepia and it sounded like no problem to my eye situation. I hope I did the right thing.
The puffiness is a little bit better today.

Hi Sameer,
It has been 10 days since I took sepia 200c.
First of all I don't feel the urge of yelling and getting mad when I get angry which I think is really really good. I would say I am more in control. I am cordially greatful for your professinal helps.
So, I still get angry but it is totally different and I get over it quickly.
Acne on the right side got worse. I crave a lot of sweet and fatty food which I try to avoid but the craving is strong. Libido is much better.
I guess that's all for now.
When again do you want me to report back?

I really feel much better. I would say I don't get angry anymore. I feel I am calm and happy. On the other hand I cry when I see emotional scenes. Even those that I don't care.
In terms of physical issues:
Still got sore and tender breasts about a week before period.
For the past week I have had discharges, yellowish but no smell. That could be related to a bartholin cyst I have had for such a long time. Now it is much smaller than before, really small.
During the first day of my menses the blood is very brownish and then it turns into red on second day.
Acne on face is better but still there.
That's about it for now. Once again thank you so much for your professional helps.
Please let me know what I should do.

Nothing has changed since my last report. I still get acnes. Sore breasts before menses. Also it turned out that those red spots on my cheeks are rosacea. They are always there, some times extremely red. As for my emotional state I am good except for the crying thing. It happens every time I see something emotional.
Mental state is good. No more anger which is great. Maybe sometimes too serious, or too worries.
The bartholin cyst is back.
Please let me know what I should do.

I have sore throat since about 10 hours ago. it is more like a burning sensation as if there an open wound inside my throat specially when I swallow/drink something. it is on the right side. I also have headache when I bend forward. low energy, no apetite, except for warm drinks.
can I take a remedy to feel better or should I just wait?
at the same time I feel so negative.

Hi Sameer,
I know I was supposed to report back in 48 hours but I guess I have to report after 24 hours as I have coughs now.
so:
headache is gone.
appetite is better.
sore throat is gone instead now I feel tickling at the very back of my mouth roof.
I feel a bitter taste in my mouth and now I developed coughs since a few hours ago. If I eat/drink cough gets better. also I don't cough when I am outside (fresh air).
I also have a runny nose from time to time.
Can I take something to stop these coughs?

I don't feel the urge to cough as much as I did yesterday.
Please let me know if I should take something.

My throat is burning again. this time it is on the left side and it is like there is an open wound there that burns. specially when I drink lemon+water drink for my coughs it really really burns. also when I cough it burns.
