i asked about, should i order sulphur lm5 and lm6 or and sulphur 10m,50m or which one you say for future and let me know if you know any trusted pharmacies/stores in new york possibly manhatan. though i take sulphur lm4 bought from my local pharmacy but you also know about their lm medicines doesn't seem trustworthy. my relatives are in new york they can buy and send me remedies as i am now in severest joints pain.

Sulphur lm4 will arrive today and now nitric acid lm1 will take 5days more joints swelling pain is growing rapidly. I have some belief on sulphur since it made a 40 days 80% relief. During sulphur pains were disappearing day by day but at slow gradual pace like will disappear soon anyway i will go with your advice. In past more than a year ago took nit acid 10m.

ok had taken sulphur LM4, one more new symptom that using joints more i.e moving them more makes pains worse. There is some pain in joints during rest but the worst is the as soon as i started to move pains increased and then again resting made it a bit relief and some pains are wandering there are continous pains in toes all toes insteps, ankles and wrists and two knuckles. But some pains are wandering if having pain in ankles then this pain moves towards back of feet and around the feet other side of ankles etc etc
And lastly sudden palpitation i.e severe heart beating often when woke up from sleep
with short heavy breathing.

hi Sameer,
Weird thing happened regarding mental state, today i beat up my both daughters so hardly on a little thing why they entered in my room and beat them beat them and they called my wife from kitchen who was cooking and beat her up though one or two punches but hardly hold myself and even holding myself i still want to beat her and then i cried alone specially on my condition so painful joints that even slightest movement made me cry and i cried more on my condition of not moving or using painful joints. I am having great anger on my wife don't know why she is the most hard working women i ever seem so obeying that i thought how can someone be so obeying and kind but why i am having anger over her specially. Whenever i see her i just wanna beat her though i don't do this usually i usually when angry only pushes her dont beat her in my normal life but now a days i want to beat her up more and more and more without any reason though after sulphur LM4 i feel mentally calm but becoming hyper angry over little things.
my mom told me to write some of mental issue/state to you she insisted as she says it may help in my mental state i am stating them briefly not in details...

It really makes me irritated when somebody ignore me either my presence or my views, it really hurts me when someone make joke of me etc. I like justice, to do justice. I want to be alone in my world i.e researching in computer ( can do extraordinary thing which usually normal people won't do i.e hacking etc) or research in homeopathy etc, don't want to be disturbed. I hate fun like going for trip but my only fun is my world i.e; the work in which i am busy. Don't do job since years thought it is useless to spend my life in same cycle of life which other people are doing, life is precious thing why wasting on collecting money. There was also heat coming from my hands and feet which also seems a bit better. Joints pains are on its peak. Sameer i haven't started allopathic drugs for pain and i don't wanna start them but shouldn't we try homeopathic solution during the Highest gout attack. My back pain along with pain in hips and thing improved after lachesis but now again relapsed. Acne on my nose appeared which usually was a symptoms of past in past 14years ago i have tendcy of acne on nose.

Ok i will wait , a good thing, i got better today both mentally and physically that today i felt better 40% in pains 80% mentally but it lasted for 4-6 hours only after then mental state got bad along pains which also became worse,sleep is better now which was disturbed since 20days,keeping joints in a position makes them stiff and first movements are harder, should i wait more or take another dose or another remedy? Advice please.
Recently the dose which i took wasn't taken properly i.e you firstly told to take in 250ml water a drop and a teaspoon from then but in my mind i thought 150 anyway i took that sulphur LM4 dose in a disposable cup of water which i think is 120-150ml.

Sameer joints are hurting very much plus new joints are effecting i.e big toes on both feet as they were perfectly well but now big toe and knees are effecting, feeling miserable and awful. Feeling hopeless due to my illness. Today my friend who is rheumatologist visited me at home and told me uric acid of about 10 level is really dangerous and it may be going to effect my organs along with joints and he also sure i am having psoriatic arthritis along with gout(uric acid). My urine is reddish orange i collected two days urine its really dark color and strong odor. Both digestive and renal system is disturbed. Feels fears like i will get painful death due to arthritis, fear of organs been effected etc and other fears also.

Hmm... heat from joints relieved from cold applications, in gouty affections is a hall mark of Ledum.

yeah 3 months back ledum 200, when got first attack, you recommended to take it i have both 30,200 handy. Sameer what you think about lyco and kali carb they both did great in past. kali carb. did mental state improvement with sudden improvement in my left sided chest pain which was incurable by allpaths and alsocured my blind awfully painful inflamed hemorrhoids and lyco did huge really really huge personality changes , i did told you that before and we repeated them in higher potency but nthing happened then but right you, it just came in my mind. Sulphur LM4 did changes in three days i.e sleep improved highly and pains improved just for 4-5hours but now again aggravations. I read somewhere that if gout effects joints its first stage and when it causes changes in digestion and urination then its second stage, pointing it went deep in system as effecting organs, is it right? then it moves to third stage all read in a book reknowned old folk of homeopathy. As you may now our fasting month is started and fasting also may trigger gout attack that's why i was in hurry to cure it before FASTinG month. There are also pain around heart chest sometimes burning sometimes when moves then chest pains etc. Also add psoriatic arthritis in symptoms. A NOTE:
My gout or psoriatic arthritis first attacked on left toes then right toes along with left toes left ankles back bone spine lumbo-sacral region and then move upwards to wrists, fingers ,knuckles, elbows, shoulders etc. It move from below to upwards
New symptoms after lachesis 1m that is my soles has been sweating i noticed while walking, i do sweat a lot on head face and some on body but no on feet since i am born. One more thing i am not sure its really true or not but i am 70% sure that i feel whenever season is going damp i.e. before its going to rain pains starts becoming worse and when and during rain it goes to peak. Whenever i go to bed lay or sit heat burning of feet starts and aggravates much more until i have to leave the bed same happens often to hands but it improved with sulphur LM4 after two days of dose but again increased a lot this feeling is much like acidic burning feet with pains.
I today feeling acidic on my feet as i told before pains in joints also feel like acidic.
Lastly burning and heat in hands and feet or hand and feet joints heat burning relieved by cold application but warmth also relieves pains temporary. Pians and inflammation feels like some hot fuild is inside like some acid is inside and that makes burns heat pains inflammations. The six joints two toes which are right with big toes and wrists both and both ankles and back lumbar region having permanant continous pain but mostly hand fingers, knuckles also pains but there are some wandering pains also or may be reffered pains, New pains and burning on knees the whole knee cap and surrounding feels really burnt and pain. I have noted since three days pain got relieved become less painful from 6am-8am and become more painful starting from 8:30or 9am to so on. Also note remained 80% better after sulphur 30 for straight 40days there was sometimes ups and downs but they usually went away after sometime.

Thanks a lot Sameer, Saw you seems online right now that's why wanna ask q.
The pain on left side on abdomen has now severe burning + irritation and i am greatly constipated, i have to sit for 25 minutes and have to apply pressure to evacuate but all in vain and usually dont feel i have to evacute, joints are aching still. Whole day having burping just only air and if i count 100 of thousands of burping and there is irritation in abdomen.
If you don't mind please take a look at ACTAEA SPICATA both mentally and physically.

I know i should wait for five days but i should reply if new symptoms arise... I took ledum yesterday and today i got severest pain in left eye left head left forehead left side of head left ear that much severe that i barely remain consicious. that much it woke me up from sleep. and then on right eye started and joints pain and inflammation increased a lot suddenly also. I should point two things to you.
First this head pain came out when i took lachesis 1m and sulphur lm4 did cure it but it again came out but on other eye,head and ear. Is this good to involve new and most important organs of body.
Secondly 3 months back when i have gout and psoriatic arthritis attacking i took ledum 200 as per your advice, i didn;t have any symptoms disappeared of gout then but after two days of ledum 200 i took benz. acid. 30 taking benz acid made attack on other right feet toe along with this previous left feet toes i.e gouty attack on both feet. And also remind you i got psoriasis after taking aurum sulph 200 which you prescribed after death of my father and also ignatia 1m. Also note that ignatia 1m was taken after two days of aurum sulph. Before gout or psoriatic arthritis i have pain on backbone and back of knees muscles.
Please don't mind i do remind you as may be aurum sulph. or ignatia has to do something with my gout. All my illnesses happened when i stopped my continued treatment with sulphur i.e i was taking sulphur Lm2 as per your advice and you stopped for sometime i.e for more than 25 days and then happened first knees muscle pain back ache then gout then psoriatic arthritis then scillating scotoma and then head numbness then head eyes pain. Now when took sulphur lm4 first head ear eyes pains and numbness got better and then pains starting getting better but now took ledum 30.
Sulphur even a little dose helps in every aspect but just memory goes more weak but everything else get better.

It is hard for a single dose of a remedy to cause tissue changes even if it proves itself. It takes time for such things to happen. So gout cannot happen due to Ignatia or Aurum Sulph. What can happen though is that things which are brewing under the surface can come to the fore with the remedy.
We cannot keep throwing remedies, without giving time to a remedy. Let us give Ledum atleast 5-6 days, and then we will assess what it has done.

Joints pains become worse the second day and still increasing rapidly note that before ledum pains were growing but gradually and there wasn't any kind of noticeable painful inflammation but now after ledum both soles of feet got much inflammation/swelling along with pain. Toes become too much painful. It seems joint pains started rapidly and immediately progressing after ledum. Wrists pains are worse and so of thumbs and fingers. Not seen anything regarding mental state though it is becoming bad enough. I am started to remember my late father again, his face comes before my eyes and my mind starts thinking about him that i haven't served him properly i had to gave him more attention that i did. And remembering why i did bad things to him i.e speaking loudly against him and not doing any thing what he want etc etc. Soles inflammation again starting feels like some fluid like lave or acid is in it and it hurts.
Oh note that i am noticing that my joints pains feels like sore pain or pain like when we put salt on ulcer or acidic type pain or mostly feels like pieces of glass in joints.
Digestion is fully disturbed and so stool. Yesterday i got blood in stool with pain in abdomen and loose stool. Having anal pain after that.
Note that if i got indigestion (food not digested properly) or if i got sour burping then on that joints pain went on next level. Whole left side on abdomen and left chest having heaviness and dull pain sometimes severe burning pain on lower left abdomen. After bloody stool i am having real awful burning pain in lower left abdomen.
It seems my pains are attached to my digestion???
Sameer it doesn't sound like gout attack to me it seems like arthritis i.e psoriatic arthritis as pains are growing gradually slowly but in gout pains comes suddenly and usually one or two joints are affected but in my case all joints i.e feet TOES, soles, ankles, hands,fingers,WRISTS,thumbs,elbows and shoulder joints are effected. Also remember about digestive disturbance, gas,burping, constipation or diahorrea and also about kidneys i.e urination dark reddish orange strong odor.
Today i have great disturbance in abdomen feels pain and feels like if i pass gas loose stool will come but this stool feels acidic and cutting the anus. As anus pains like fissures after passing stool. There is pain on and around heart ( isn't gout effecting heart?) back pain is also relapsed
NOTE: MY PSORiASIS HAS RECOVERED COMPLETELY ALMOST AFTER ONE DOSE OF ARS. 10m which you prescribed three months ago, there is some psoriasis over testes only but as in past all joints have psoriasis now completely healed since two months not even a flareup over joints in these two months! just testes have this but i remember i have psoriasis over testes since i started sulphur as per your recommendation since almost a year we took in 200,1m,LM1,2,3,4.
Again sulphur lm4 really helps regarding joint pains and other ailments. Is sulphur doing palliation or suppression or cure. God when i will be pain free :( :( and eat normal food as i havent eaten anything except green veg not even rice, when a dose of last sulphur LM4 taken it helped in reducing pains but very very gradual slow, it slowed arthritis progress. Sameer is my case need to be reaccessed ? I am sure about psoriatic arthritis + gout as uric acid is also high. Mentally feels unsatisfied+doubtful+fears+highly worried about psoriatic arthritis and gout.Even meat and skin on effected joint pain.

Aweful pain + too much swelling on soles and toes increasing more rapidly that i cannot bear and something feels like rushing gathering in soles and feet and also throbbing . Mental state also got bad have great fear of pains, keeps thinking about pains and thinking about pain makes them worse, sometimes cries with thoughts that i cannot eat things due to my disease(may be dwelling).

Today, due to pains i should say

My feet,toes,soles,wrists and finger has gone to such a high level of
pains that almost unbearable. I know only two days passed after
nit-ac. LM1 dose and its early to intervene but it doesn't seems to
act at all since during sulphur LM4 it acted within two days. Today it
seems i have to start high dosage of NSAIDs as its been two months i
haven't taken any orthodox medicines. I don't know what it is either
its mixed i.e gout+psoriatic arthritis or just psoriatic arthritis or
just gout but it shouldn't return but it has returned. I am in
severest pain specially on feet and wrists. I can try to wait, what
should i do if pain won't got relief, should i start NSAIDs which i
don't want to start. I got a bit relief with sulphur LM4 but instead
we took ledum 30. I am thinking of taking baking soda for high uric
acid but ask you should i take it??
Every single moment pains are going up and up to next level. The problem is only one thing I DON'T WANNA START NSAIDs. Soles having
that much pain that it feels like some lava is in it and moving and making my life worse than ever. Today is the last day of me to bear pain, almost reached near NSAIDs to take. And should i take baking
soda + ginger powder for uric acid?
