stomach and intestines seems a bit more better as now gas starting passing from rectum little by little very slow, but JOINT pains specially soles of feet, toes of feet and wrists are highly painful very very much painful, when i walk it feels my feet soles have small balloons and i am walking on painful balloons this is the swelling/inflammation, there is heat emitting from soles and it feels like boils on soles. My toes which firstly got gouty/psoriatic attack also started paining very much and its going bad and bad with minutes passing.

I am having great fear of gouty/psoriatic attack though i am 24 hours in pain in joints and are somehow severe but the attack is really awful, you can't imagine how much that pains and that's making me upset and frightened. My pains are also wandering sometimes one toes then other etc.

I am bearing everything with great effort and its been a week and a day since i got stomach and abdomen pain and again this pain back like 80% not same as before as it only relieved 30% and but more irritating and disturbing (edited it improves with pomegrante fruit total improvment 50%), i cannot eat anything and you also know that GOut also have strict diet and almost all things which aren't allowed in gout need to be eaten during inflammation of stomach and intestines like rice etc. My abdomen and stomach pain feels like i have been punched or my abdomen/stomach is beaten and after 3-4 hours after eating anything my stomach/abdomen starts paining along with burping severest gas started making 24hours eating may usually relieves pain but burping and gas disturbance don't get improvement in any way. My abdomen feels disturbed like beaten all time along with pain in left side of chest specially heart (my gout is moving towards heart??) there is pain on heart, i became easily breathless or hard breathing by clibing stairs and left side of front chest (heart region) also pains, my whole body felt like beaten and also remember I DON'T have diahorrea rather some constipation but stool is creamy with some effort.I today have pain on heart region and right below rib cage. And you now can't imagine how strong joint pains become specially feet toes and wrists and fingers. My toes joints have pain like stinging pain like somebody hit me with hammer or STRONG STINGING BURNING PAIN and wrists and hands pains like splinters/piece of glass/acidic in joints of wrists and fingers, this kinda pain sensation like acidic/pieces of glass/ was completely disappeared after nitric acid LM1. NOTE please i was monitoring my nails as one of my finger nails had been changed but i didn't took notice and now other two finger nails also started changing, what kinda changing ? its like my nails are spots like deep holes but not like holes from where we can seen underskin just a pinched type, i don't mean real spot but like deep spots without color changing like bit wavery nails( i cannot express or find word to tell you, what you say when a land have deep round cracks). I already have not fast since six days and i don't want to skip more as only 4-5 remaining, can i take orthodox i.e omeprazole 20mg + metronedazole 400mg + spasmo-cibaligin(abdomen pain reliever), 2-3days then we will get back and take medorrhinum 200c? or some tissue salt or what you recommend is most important but i hardly can wait for relief in abdomen and chest and also joints? There are remedies which covers both stomach pain and joints pain i.e when gout also effects stomach, is there possibility? As if stomach becomes better then i will atleast take my gouty diet to calm some pain. Sameer right now 4 hrs ago i became sensitive to any odor i smell in room or my wife or myself own, i feel great pain and nausea in stomach due to odor its like smelling orthodox drug odor from every odor or an odor which my mind and body isn't accepting, its not like there aren't any odor but i am smelling, there is odor everyone feels it but not like me and you also know that i like my own body odors a lot but now hate my own body odors even can't sleep due to my own odor or even bed odor or room odor, it is also fact that even if there isn't any odor my mind makes me think that there is that bad odor and i thinking that i starts feeling that odor and nausea and stomach pain . Cant feel calm in any room due to odors. And after this odor prob i did sex with wife and after sex severest cutting+burning+acidic pain in penis tube like acid in my penis tube and feels to urinate after urination but with pain. Penis hole hurt like a cut with knife. Note this penis pain gone when recently urinated.

i must also tell you about my sexual behavior which is extreme i.e my sex desire. If we don't have religious restriction i will do sex with everyone every girl women passing in streets. I am very very much amazed with your selection of remedies, I am deeply impressed with your knowledge(i rarely accept anyone in my life) but you are awesome. I felt much refreshed does this remedy is for my acute condition? And Sameer note its not like i have good start and then i stated complaining i am not good though, i felt good at least on mental state though right in end of wait time aggravation and getting bad, may be disease is more deep.

As i felt good i must state everyday report.

day 1. Some very minor agg. very minor in first twelve hours then, Feel gradual improvement on both planes mental and physical i.e abdominal pain got better .
day 2. Gradual improvement's improves more, mental state too too very very very much refreshed and physical symptoms getting gradual improvements. Lot of itching started over body with little pimples.
Day 3. Much mental improvment, like the most energetic person in world but physical symptoms having ups and downs sometimes completely well sometimes completey unwell. Then at noon of third day mental and physical both went down but again got better at night.
Day 4. Burning in abdomen like acidity on whole belly feels, though very minor.
Day 5. Morning some aggravation in stomach+intestines. Joints pains are better.Mental state's good with sometimes worsening.
day 6. Mental state still good though not stable but starts shaking with ups and downs sometimes better then again bad this thing increased + Stomach started getting worse more than good + joints pains started increasing may be due to the fact that i gave up my strict diet for uric acid(gout) in previous three days.
Day 7. Mental state not stable sometimes better sometimes bad and not moving up. Joints pains are worsen very much with new joints been effecting more. Stomach felt going bad more than good i.e for more hours bad and for some hours good.

ITCHING CONTINUOUS STRAIGHT SIX DAYS AND DECREASED ON SEVENTH DAY.
This remedy without doubt hit something deep don't know why but it has did something in me deeply. Abdominal discomfort decreases upto 70-80% but sometimes relapses again.
Ups and downs in mental state it seems as my mental state wants to improve but something isn't allowing it to be stable, though during this remedy i was mostly stable mentally, amazing freshness, happiness, lively etc etc lot of mental state improved along with some improvements in memory weakness. Need to reply soon because symptoms bothering much, i felt severest nausea which then relieved with passing gas during nausea odor feeling increased that i want to vomit due to odors of things. I started feeling odors again strongly cannot even bear the smell of my own body. Stomach got 90% better.

No really and fully, if i have problem in stomach and food is causing
nausea then not only my own body odors but surroundings odors also
irritate and increase that nausea,regarding my body odors only
sweating acidic odor increases nausea, remember please i love my own

Severest acidic sore pain collects in penis after intercourse with wife that much pain that i want to cry loudly and at that time want to pass urine continously till pain naturaly disappears. Note this pain only occours after sex with wife though i feel this pain with every urination but very very low. Masturation don't cause it only sex with wife do/agg. this. Hi Sameer,

Today is the sixth day of agar 200c taken.

Severe back ache started 8 hours after dose and physical symptoms greatly aggravated i.e abdomen disturbance , pain , inflammation and lot lot lot of weakness that cannot walk properly and got breathless or breath became hardened. I also have noticed that whenever my throat is sore and have blocked nose i got abdomen pain (may be i am wrong), Are these both related?
I am feeling weird kinda pains in abdomen can't really explain them how it feels but with passage of time its getting worse and worse. The agar.200c which i took as per your recommendation is of another pharma (not trusted one) but that was available handy so i took that one.

Passes urine with burning and after urination feel pain in penis.

Whole pelvis region seems extremely painful from front and sides and back etc. Specially today now right side of front and back pelvis + right thing and leg is painful too much hard to walk right now.

Pains got worse in joints very very much worse feel more than worse before but newer joints are effected.

Urination burnt and little painful.

Still Pain in abdomen bothering a lot.
Let me tell you the exact sensation how what i have. Too much hunger also makes abdomen/stomach pain worse but after eating then feel heaviness after 4 hours of eating feels the food i ate is floating in my stomach with water like we feel in indigestion and it takes too much time to digest but still feels indigestion. After eating feel that food is in my throat of food pipe. There is pain and restlessness + disturbance 1-2 inches above belly button and around belly button. Mostly my whole right and left side of abdomen feels tighten,irritated but center is calm. Today at morning feel nausea along with severest back pain specially on right side of pelvic region and right leg though left side also have pain but half of right.

It seems my urination and digestion has been slowed down may be that's why i am having joint pains increment due to indigestion problem but Sameer its really hard to bear pains usually. MY FEET VIBRATION TYPE BUZZING IN SOLE OF LEFT FEET IS STILL THERE EVEN AFTER 14 hours and THERE IS PAIN INCREASING IN FEET AND WRISTS VERY VERY VEYR MUCH.
