But you say it worked to cure almost everything. Go back to it. That is what I would do in your situation.
I am not sure I understand how it fits over your case, but nontheless one can't argue with results.

it worked obviously what you say when a person has lost all hope and know he will be disabled permanantly and will die with arthritis and then he became perfectly well after certain remedy i.e; sulphur and that same person who cannot even stand up start totally normal activities even running.
At first when i got relief with sulphur Sameer also said we will now stick longer with it but he said with Lm's but Lm's which are made in Pakistan are doubtful by me but due to my doubts about pharmaceutical issue about Pakistani's remedies then i planned to collect my money and order it from Helios but then after a month when we tried 200c sameer said we don't need sulphur because it has done what we want it to do.
In short we didn't stick with sulphur and leave it. The remedy dilution bottle of sulphur 30c from where i took 3 doses have it with me, should i have to re-dose??
I asked did placing remedies near mobile effects it?
I also asked whenever any homeopath open a remedy bottle alchol odor spreads does this mean we are taking olfaction dose? i asked these questions because i started practice here in Pakistan.

Did you make up the 30c bottle or is it bought from the pharmacy? How old is it now?
Olfaction dosing only works well for sensitive people. Most people are not that sensitive and so will not be getting a dose that way.

yeah it has totally alcohol in it. And is it ok to take sulphur 30c on sixth day of anac.

Death of your family members is not an internal disease, it is external events. Remedies do not kill your family members as part of their symptom picture, and so this cannot be used to determine which remedy you need. Grief or shock or whatever emotion such events cause, are common human experiences, and must be highly indiviualised to be of any use to us.
Grief or shock could feel like anything to a specific person. What that is, leads us to the remedy.
All disease is caused by the derangement of the vital energy - this is what must be corrected. The vital force responds to any external event in the way that is predetermined for it by the miasm. Remove that, and these external events will not cause disease. Remove those external events, and the disease remains.

aggravations speedup within an hour after sulphur and still increasing pains feet soles burning and pain started, balls of toes, toes, wrists, thumbs and fingers started aching rapidly. My sulphur 30c bottle was almost empty just 8-10 drops remains in 1/2 cup of water i tried to pour from it but by pouring it by force it poured 2-3 little very little drop accidentally instead of one drop. I doubt that hitting(succession) bottle twice might do some effect as very little dose(8-10) was there. Can we fill that empty bottle of sulphur 30c with pure alcohol to make the 30c bottle full for future use in clinic ( i usually do that)?
Oh i forgot to mention that whenever pains started the painful joints starts cracking sounds.

Pain and cramping seems increasing more towards feet on first day of sulphur 30c. Feeling Cramping and pain in on wrists,thumbs,finger,back and thighs though very very slowly.

Pain still increasing in joints along with the pain in left side of neck and left shoulder, this pain is an old symptom(some 3 years old, cured by bryonia 200 at that time) and it appeared after agaricus 1m it relapsed and when took medorrhinum 200c it started to improve and completely healed in past week but now after sulphur 30c it again appeared, i doubted its due to sulphur or its due to poor sleep posture. This left sided neck and shoulder pain travels from front left side of neck i.e from left tonsils, left should toward left side of head, left eyes(sometimes) and left ear.( i hope you have noted that i have chronic tonsillitis also all the time).
Joints pains increases with motion and feels a bit relief with rest. Warmth also gives relieve sometimes. You cannot get back a symptom that was cured. It was most likely palliated or suppressed. Cure is cure - gone forever.
You must have used alot of Sulphur 30c to only have 8-10 drops left. How often have you used this remedy?
The problem with getting you to go back to a remedy you told me worked so well, is that I have no particular confidence in it because it doesn't suit my analysis of the case. If you are feeling generally better then I would suggest sticking with it though.
Do you not have any pillules of 30c? Don't you use it in clinic yourself? Just make up a fresh bottle with pillules alcohol and water.

I haven't used that much sulphur 30c that's my fourth dose(four time only) in my whole life. It was totally used in clinic.
I don't have pillules, I told you all remedies of C scale are in dilution in Pakistan. I can buy newone its very cheap in Pakistan you can say 30ml new remedy bottle in 40cents(less than half of dollar). I mean that this bottle helped in past so it means it is correctly diluted that's why i want to use the remaining 7-9 drops to make new dilution.

Ah suddenly my feet soles, toes, wrists, knuckles, thumbs and knuckles are in great pain and i am feeling i will be disabled, i am feeling disppointed and i cannot live normal life again, i cannot live normally. I don't know it all happened since an two hours ago. I am very very hopeless.

if i remember correctly that always happens with sulphur and we moved to next potency i.e in past from sulphur 30 to 200c but in beginning it aggravates with new upgraded potency but then gives noticeable relief. This time when We requested you to suggest something on my case we asked because pains started relapsing fastly but gradually since then pains are increasing coming back in a way then CURED i.e if pains disappeared in a manner 1,2,3,4 then they are coming back(relapsing) reversly like 4,3,2,1 its started 12days after agaricus 1m and then i took medorrhinum 200, medorrhinum makes it more quickly relapsing. Sameer was certain about Sulphur and he requested you what element should be add that's why he wrote

Firstly, you cannot be cured of something if it continues to relapse. That is not cure. It is most likely palliation or possibly suppression.
Cure must include the tendency to relapse, which is mostly related to the miasm in your case.
This case is far to large, with information presented in ways that do not help me to choose a medicine. The only hope here for me to make any valuable prescriptions towards cure would be to start from scratch, retake the case, and work systematically through each problem to understand the totality.
Right now, it is a huge mass of symptoms and reactions without any clear direction or theme. I cannot hope to sort this out the way it is right now.
I would also suggest starting a new thread. I would do this even for my own clients who may have had no success with my treatments, but come back for a second try at homoeopathy. Start all over, from the beginning, assuming nothing, freeing myself from the preconceptions and assumptions formed in previous case taking.

It seems that i cannot express myself clearly to you may be its because of my language issues that i fail to make you understand what i meant. And gathering TOTAL information is a lot of work that it will require large amount of time which i cannot gather in a day or two and then again problem will/may occur due to language problem as Sameer is from same region, let's me wait for his suggestion.

Really Paki, you are a homoeopath yourself. Can you make sense of all 31 pages here? You can see my problem. This needs to be restarted - if you cannot be bothered doing that then I suppose you will have to continue the way you have been.

Please take 3 doses of Kali-Sulphuricum 30c, and report after 1 week. We will not make any assessment before the week ends. This jumping of remedies will not help us in any way.
Also, I am intervening since you e-mailed me saying you are in great pain and wanted me to advise you, but David is very right in the sense that it is impossible to sift through 30 pages of symptoms for someone looking at the case for the first time.
If this remedy does not work, I would recommend starting from scratch anyways.

it meant that it won't make it in 1-2 days time it would take at least a week more or less and how can you assume that someone who has 31 pages of problems would do that in 1-2 days? That's his suggestion that i should go with you, In my way of living i think one shouldn't go to other homeopath with telling/asking because i cannot see any person hurt
but in my normal life often in anger i go all out but i regret after that and thinks that i shouldn't have hurt them and usually i try to ask for forgiveness.

Yes it is a large amount of work. Unfortunately I don't have the time to both supervise or analyse the case, AND rewrite/filter all the information here.
The case needs to be retaken, not rewritten. Just giving all the same information again will not help, as it has not helped yet in the form it is presented. It needs to be refined, explored in a different direction, looked at from a different perspective (in my opinion). Even my own cases need this done from time to time, especially when I have gone around in circles prescribing and the patient is the same or even worse off.

Understood and note that i am not copying and pasting 31 pages as copying and pasting or re-writing/re-typing won't take more than half hour rather 3-4 days, actually when you asked from restart i thought it meant from start each and everything due to my poor memory i have just to remember my physical ailments i suffered from in past through these pages like back injury, head injury or anything that happened in past but now forgot due to new illnesses or joints pains as it happens with anyone that when new painful disease appears the previous get less noticeable and less important. So it was just to remember my physical ailments i haven't read my thread till now but already started writing in a manner that will help you i hope but will take a 2-3 days more as thinking any peculiarities i may missed in past.
I will try to post new thread ASAP.

i know you think its strange but i got extremely better since yesterday as yesterday was fifth and today is sixth day but right after taking a dose of sulphur 30c there was huge mental aggravations like extreme anger came over, even little talk against me annoys me etc etc and physical pains were also worse but since yesterday there is noticeable improvment mental state is happy, fresh , calm and physical state is 60% better just wrists are some painful
I almost forgot what disease i have since yesterday and today, everyone said i seem normal and calm. I forgot that much that i almost forgot what to reply about me been better of disease but skin problems increased like itching and size of keloids increased and some abscesses appeared.
Does this will be counted as the effect of a dose of sulphur 30c?
What should i do now?
