sorry to bother you again. I felt I need to tell you more about myself. since homeopathic remedies relies on the persons personality and symptons. I thought I didnot do well earlier with your questions. so, i am giving you little more info about me.
I am continuing on sepia 30c( liquid) 3 times a day.
the good effects of it is diarrhea stoped and white discharge decreased.
other effects are :
I am feeling constipation since 3 days. My apetite is increased but not thirst. I am not feeling thirsty.
I am eating enough still cannot gain any weight and I look very tired and dizzy.
I dont feel fresh when I woke up from sleep.
I am eating so much that if i dont have the homeopathy medicines effect i could have got diabetes. I am just eating and doing very less work.
my skin and body doesnot show any freshness.
my memmory become very week.
I am very inferior kind of person from begining. though Allah SWT have blessed with everything.
I am very sensitive to light, specially for eyes. I love to be social but cannot handle it since very sensitive to peoples words. Always cautious about what people say.
I feel very scared, anxieted, hopeless, fearful, worried about works and responsibilities. I went through tough situations of life in my past but i didnot react this way the way I am feeling now. I feel the end of the world.
everytime i had some difficulties i try to find the solution of it and pick the easiest way out for the problem.
but this time i feel like i am lost in an unknown world.
I am educated person wanted to do lot for my family and others but became so hopeless and helpless. i cannot commit for any work so i feel useless.

o.k InshAllah I will be patient. I just want to give you complete information, thats why I posted details often.
I am very very thankful to you for your treatment.
Today I finished my 5 days course of sepia 30c 3 times a day.
the pain in temples are gone Alhamdulillah. no side effects.
I had this pattern of constipation and diarrhea often with help of unani. but since i started your treatment i didnot took any other medicines except what you have suggested.
I found the clear effect of stomach with sepia 30c, i am eating very roughly everything since 3 days but I didnot get any bowl moment. and I feel constipated.
In the begining two days of sepia i was feeling tenderness or slight cramping in stomach after that, no matter how much or what i eat i didnot had bowl moment.
also starting 3 days i had pain in temples but it is gone from 4th day.
dr. Nawaz I also had very bad scalp( dry with dandruff) especially on top of my head. and hairs texture is very hard and brittle. this has been since

I was feeling well on sepia in the last two days free of headache and diarrhea. since as long as i was on sepia i didnot went for stool and could able to eat what ever i can.
initially lit bit inconvenience in stomach later i was fine. gas
problem was there.
today morning and till afternoon i felt very better. felt a hope of living. could do works more energetically like before.
but slowly in evening i felt stomach upset again. and lots of weekness and shakiness.
my hands and legs got thinner than my kids.
I am not able to help them fully.
they also got little problems of health like constipation. but i don't want to start any medicines to them for that. trying to give proper food.
I wish i can be able to help some body. I am so busy helping myself. May Allah make me capable of doing that and give me hidayat.

I had khichdi(rice) with tomato chatni, 2 bananas in morning then after 2 hour i had cereal. ( this is my normal hunger, but i dont get any energy or weight gain)
and evening same khichdi with chicken curry.
and for dinner i had apple and one ensure.
with vitamin b complex and calcium.
White discharge is lot lesser than earlier. and my date for periods is 9th. usually 3 days ahead. discharge is usually less closer to periods date.
I had bad constipation since last 4 days, but today I went fine.
no fever or headaches or rashes. only very fatigue.
though I am eating enough.
no thirst.

I am doing o.k., I took nux vomica yesterday. Since I had pallets I could not able to take them properly means I didnot gave enough gab between meals and medicine. but I had taken it.
I am feeling o.k today.

Alhamdulillah, with your hard work and good remedies my stomach problem is controlled .

some more symptons to share, i feel bad to overburden you. but since i got the permission from you to explain so, i am writing it. You can please stop me if you feel these things seems unnecessary.
Dr nawaz, I am feeling some kind of strong sideeffect fixed in my body. Very difficult to sit down and email and my neck seems to be too hard to hold.
also I have extreme hair fall but i dont have baldness yet. course and frizzy hairs this is my original hairs.. And too much dizziness, many times a day yesterday and often every day. and strange feeling of shaking of hands and yesterday my left hand had pulling pain along with uneasiness.
Other thing I noticed is scratching of my neck. It's a feeling of scratching in the back of my neck. Or pulling of my neck muscles. It has been seven months passed I stopped those medicines but its strong effects r fixed in my body.
