sorry for the delayed reply.
I was buzy with their HWs.
I am not good at explaining the symptoms I am trying please forgive if anything looks inappropriate.
I need to do some pressure for the BM and when it comes it comes very hard and little. A little pain on the right side of that place while passing BM. since I am aware of the other problems( like fistula etc) I am not doing much pressure.
but growning, gases, and bitter burps, and swelling is not there.
today I had Green chilli curry ( little spicy and egg) i was afraid i will have loose BM. it was feeling like i will have loose today by little discomfort for an hour after i had that meal then Alhamdulillah I am fine again.
I am having white discharge.
I had some Blood test today InshALlah I will be able to tell you next monday.

I didnot get Alumina 30C and Aloe Soc Q, i will get it soon inshAllah.
my current state of mind is normal. going into deep sleep when i sleep. and waking up early as my time is set. but since my disease and its cure is not known so kind of insecure about health and family and future.
current physical symptom is though i am eating normal food after food i feel like will have diarrhea. but then after an hour or so i am normal. and stool is very hard. i have to put lot of pressure to let it come out and that area is getting sore for some time.
itchy ness of skin.
no weight loss.
no shaking or coolness of hands
no dizziness
slight blurriness in eyes that has been there when i have stressful work.
ht 5'4'
wt 130pounds
my voice seems week.
I want to have some hardness in my nature but i cant. I am v gullable.

when I take some remedies I am constipated, but with out those major symptoms like pot like loose swollen belly as soon as i eat anything, bitter burps, gases, rumbling etc.
but if am out of medicines after some time diarrhea and all the above symptoms.
it all started in feberuary, when i finished those excess homeopathy medicines for thyroid.
in feb, march and april for couple of months i was only on curd rice or saboodana and banana until i get the unani medicine. even unani medicine gave me temporary relief. they were very costly.
until Allah helped me meet you i was in terrible condition dont know what to do. I am sure I have anxiety of work all the time which is in my nature. mainly family work. but other than that I was just learning or hunting for jobs which i use to love that.
I left my permanent job due to some family reason and also some pain( pulling of nerves)in my head. though i am healthy but could not able to take much tension and dizziness and sensitive to light and good apetite is always from begining.
I had diarrhea earlier than feb of this year but never had this long. constipation yes I had since after pregnancies, it was badly since then. but I was able to enjoy the normal life.
but since feb my life totally change. with lots of dizziness, hairfall, heavy MC and diarrhea/constipation.
Alhamdulillah dizziness and weekness, shaking of hands decreased to 50 % now. Dizziness went down with aloe soc.
and abrotanum and colocynthis helped me retain food and gases and bloating of stomach by the grace of Almighty Allah.
Also the sleep is lot lot better since before i meet you i could not able to sleep and i was waking up from sleep after every two hours and not able to sleep after 2hrs even in night.
I feel a good connection between stomach upset and MC and hairfall and sleep.
I have been going through series of laboratory blood test frequently. everything comming perfectly normal. Alhamdulillah.
But I have been delaying colonoscopy, I will do that upon the favorable time inshAllah.
I also under gynocology care inshAlah we will know with in 15 days their opinion. earlier my gynecologist said i might have adenomyosis and I am not sure about it thats why i am going to another gynecological endocrinologist.
on top of all these I have the peace that I am under good God fearing homeopath.

What are the other Ano rectal issues? Did you ever had piles, fissure or anal fistula?
What is the condition of vaginal discharge now? Any other pain issues?

today i am feeling very itchy all over my hands.
and I had biryani today seems little heavy. feels like going to loose bm but i didn't. may be it will happen involuntary BM tomorrow. this happened to me one or two times in 3 months ago i am afraid of it.
one more symptom i noticed is though i eat more as usual but earlier what ever i eat i can see the changes in body. but this time looks like my body is set to certain weight and its not effecting me either positive or negative. Alhamdulillah looks like body is running in equilibrium. i am just getting this sense. please dont laugh.
since after too much tension of loosing life, family and health and eating lot and sleeping enough and not excerscing may increase the chances of type 2 diabetes but Alhamdulillah i am safe with it.
I will take bryonia today inshAllah.

Sorry, i forgot to say one more thing, I have slight pain in my right knee and the red bruise like spot on my calf is from 3days before and disappered today.
itchy ness is new reaction i see today on body and interesting thing is i started like sweet where as i hardly touch sweets before.

thats why delayed in buying. O/w could have buyed 3 days ago.
My stomach swells again today cannot comfortable eat much. little pain in lower abdomen. these all symptoms where not there when i was on abrotanum but only it was constipating too bad.
I am using these medicines with full confidence and trust. Please dont feel that I am doing excurses in buying.

I felt o.k between these 2 days except some of the foll things. face and skin look fresh, hairs same rough but fell little less.
left hand have cold /tingling sensation for couple of minutes.
and very slight pinching in fingers and very very slight lowr back pain.
Yesterday I had a dream after long time. usually I have dreams of cooking or parties or dressing up, changing cloths etc.
but this time i had a dream where I am asked to put a water heater in the pan of water to make it hot. like the old heater with some coil at one end and plug in to make water hot. and some body bothering me every here and there to jump over works.
kind of little old clip of the past.
I dont know if it is realted or not. just thought of sharing with you.
