Dear Dr.Nawaz,

JazakAllah khair for your contineous support and prayers. May Allah grant you happiness of both lifes.

I want to update you for the past 15 days, please bare with me.

I had taken with me the colocynthis and used it for 5 days one time in a day.

it really helped me. I could able to enjoy all the non veg and even tea but only for 15 days and the sensitivity of stomach again started, so I started taking it again for 5 days.

colocynthis is curing very well but when i start eating regularly mainly chiken, rooti and tea then again after 10 to 15 days my stomach is loosing the digestion and elasticity. I feel like i am handicap for the digestive remedies.


and the other thing is when my stomach is at rest( i mean digesting well )I am facing constipation for 2-3 days. and without constipation i am going too much and often. and feeling of going all the time.


I am on Birth control pills for two months only the active pills since the gynec want to do the hysteroscopy which is this friday. I had my cbc and harmone test today for presurgery testing.
the results will come soon by friday.

Dr. Nawaz, I really want to start the remedie for stopping hair fall and the dryness of scalp along with the remedies for digestion. since I am feeling v shy in front of my husband. since colocynthis 6x i am using it for a while i dont see its sideeffects can U plz suggest remedies for hairs too.

Dr. Nawaz, I catch flu on winter vacation. flu is gone but I often get chills in the night with slight fever.
I wear sweater and double blankets still feel cold.

Dr. Nawaz, I got my cbc, and hormonal test results and Alhamdulillah they are normal. and I had polyp removed. I dont know why I am keep developing polyp in uterus. last time I had polyp removed 8 months back and again it developed.

InshAllah I will start the remedy sepia 30c soon in two days since I am in 3rd day of MC and it is very heavy with fresh clots.
Iam concerned since polyps are removed and ablation was done to stop bleeding but still heavy.

Doc say may be it is due to post hysterectomy but I am facing this problem often.
this time periods were very painful and I had taken mag phos 200c and that really helped me with cramps.

Due to stomach problem and MC problem my eyes are feeling like pulling back, very strainful muscles on face and eyes and neck often giving me scratchy sensation and recently gums are often swollen and painful.

I use to eat hot khichdi all the time. I am avoiding it now. because of gums.

though I feel strong dieing feeling often but I still hope inshAllah one day we will succeed.

Dr.Nawaz, I had taken Belladonna 200c yesterday afternoon and today morning.

In this morning, when I woke up I felt good and sweaty and no fever. no bitterness in tongue.

I have taken this early morning and after work of house I slept for a while in afternoon and I still feel feverish and not fresh and tongue very bitter.

muscles cramps I am seeing in this week. like something is holding me. there was slight muscles cramp. but now i notice it more heavy cramps anywere in body with little longer time. and it is going on itself after sometime.

nothing abnormal is seen other than these symptons.

hard stool as usual.


my bleeding was too heavy for four days its like heavy napkins floaded with bright red color blood and every time i go urine in those four days I had 20 drops or more in half hour. this kind of bleeding is occuring since the other symptons started of upset stomach since 8 months.

Also it was in control for couple of months ( oct and nov of 2011) before hysteroscopy. InshAllah It may go down normal again since this month was immediately after hysterscopy.

Dr.Nawaz, I am trying to be brave and InshAllah I will be brave.

How are you? Alhamdulillah I am doing o.k
I took nux vomica for 5 days and below is the update for last 4 days. please read.

sleep well. mind o.k ( this is very hard to answer for me ) since I am always under too much pressure.

I did everything what my allopathy doctor and you suggest to take care of my health.

I slept 10 hours on nux vomica still no signs of freshness on my face or not even a pond gain, even after eating enough. and lots of sweet.

no loss and no gain status of weight.

Constipation still heavy. cannot go for 3 days. lots of gas. slight burning feeling in throught and chest after eating.

slight pinching in neck and lower side of backbone.

and lots of itchiness on my right hand. and going by itself

slight pain in my right side of back. I often get this pain when I dont go BM for days.

and in the front corners of my abdomen. this pain often on sitting and standing. and it is mild in nature.

lots of thick white discharge.

Dr. Nawaz, am I doing something wrong with my health? I am getting very confuse. Alhamdulillah I am very thankful to ALLah SWT for my life. and I cannot describe your help in words. May ALlah reward you for your every single secound you spend on us.

Dr. Nawaz I had used fresh ginger and garlic paste lot in food. does it had any ill effects on health.


I feel like I am just better off on abrotanum or colocynthis for once in a while needed basis for stomach. please dont mind this is just my feeling I want to share with you. since I am not able to find out which remedy is suiting me.

and sepia or any remedy that suits me for uterus issue.
and I am still needing badly remedy to avoid excessive dryness of scalp and hair fall. plz help me with it.

I recently had upper gi with barium xray including the bowl-- alhamdulillah everyhting is fine.

no physicall signs of disorder in the whole digestive track from oesophagus to rectum. Alhamdulillah.

Dr. Nawaz, I started sepia yesterday.
I catch cold and runny nose. and I had the homemade unani medicine of sad kafur, sad podina etc mix together to smell. its heavy smell of kaffur. I used this because the sneezing and the runny nose was very bad. and since I know that I cant use anything like that when on homeopathy medicine.

Could you please suggest me something for runny nose to use simultaneously with sepia.

I want to update on the remedy sepia which I used for five days

Constipation relief 60%. Stomach better. No heartburn. Digestion still needs to be improved.if eaten chicken or spicy food, feeling ofheaviness in stomach, gases and feeling of going to BM. But these symptoms better than earlier.

Little bit of itchyness on hands

Sleep well, dreams was there but I dont remember.

Mood as usual.

Cold did not get better. Little bit exposure to cold makes runny nose
And sneezing for days.

White mucus discharge was lot in the middle of white days but I was not on sepia that time.
MC date is on 14.

Pain in eyes, head, pulling of nerves of fingers was not there.

Please suggest me further. Thanks for your prayers, guidence and treatment.

Food. I eat something within. 15 to 20 minutes of taking sepia 30c.

The symptons are

Constipation. Was clear
sleep well, actually more.

No pains or major rashes exçept few in the beginning. No headaches.

But feeling Lot's Of weekness as usual.

OOps I forgot the important symptoms in last update.

I develop some purple sore bruises on my left knee last week. these bruises resemble same as they develop when I was on allopathy thryoid medicines.Docs did the biopsy of those bruises that time and found nothing and later I figured out that it was sideeffect of the allopathy thyroid medicines. Then I stopped the medicines.
and the bruises were gone.

but they reappeared last week and pain and stiffness in knee.


also my heels of both legs are very painful. cannot stand bare footed.

recently i came to know that my children also have some major concern disease. I am just trying to help them with diet since I dont want to start anymedication to them yet.


my health and other problems making me forget things and lack of effective communication.

please forgive me for forgetting in my last update.

Dr Nawaz, do you think I need to antidote last remedy or do I need to use more dilution form.

since seems like I am being reacting to most of the remedies with some reaction.

please dont take me wrong. i just want let you know everything related.
