body acne

Hi please help , I have some confusion with my medicines

Some body told me for my body acne i can use ECHINACEA Q and HEPAR SULPH 30C is those the right medicine to use ??

but from market i got ' hepar sulp 30' the c version i did not get so my question is can i use that , weather it will provide the same effect as 30c

Also i have lot of scars in my back and shoulder/upperarm so please suggest some medicine for the same .

please help ....as i am suffering from past 3 years .

Please take Hepar Sulph 30 in the morning and evening for only 3 days. 30 and 30c are same.

Please start Echinacea Q in the morning and evening after 3 days. You may take it for 10-15 days.

Hepar Sulph 30 may help you if you have pus filled pimples and an irritable mind. Echinacea is considered as a blood purifier by some experts.
