Sir, can I also give her some Biochemics like Calc. Phos, Kali phos, Meg. Phos, Fer. Phos? If yes, please specify dose & potency.

Dear Sir,
Last three evening my wife took Kali Carb 200 as you advised. There is very little (5-10%) improvement. Yesterday morning & noon she felt some energy. But after taking lunch when she going for rest in the bed then again Jerking feeling in her lower part of the body (most in the leg). Then after evening to night (before going bed) she feel better. But After dinner going to bed, her condition is very worse. again Jerking feeling in her lower part of the body (most in the leg). Recently her face looking too worsened. She makes "owooo owooo" sound when speaks. It looks like me that day by day her autoimmune system may decrease. Please sir advice.

my wife is now feeling better. 09.09.16 she gets her menses and after that by the grace of almighy dramatically her physical condition change. does it her premenstruation symptoms? I don't understand why sometimes my wife's condition gets very worse? sir I gave her carbo veg 200 as you advice. and another remedy china 200 also gave her because of found some symptoms like jerking/tremor. it seems to me very helpful to her. none but only the almighty Allah knows. Dear Sir,
My wife’s present (as on 10.09.16) blood report is attached here. Please see this. Her present TSH level is 45.47 mIU/L, while last one (as on 23.07.16) was 70.76 mIU/L. There is some improvement. But still high, where as the normal range is 0.47 – 5.01 mIU/L. Sir, another thing I want to draw your attention about her blood ESR. It’s 35 mm in 1st hour, where as the reference value of ESR is 00-15 mm in 1st hour for woman. I have heard that a much higher level of ESR shows severe joint inflammation while slightly raised levels indicate mild joint inflammation. ESR indicates about the severity of rheumatoid arthritis. I don’t know whether my wife suffers from rheumatoid arthritis? She has now a lot of pain in her whole body. Specially hand & leg muscles, both shoulders (very much in left shoulder), fingers & toes, palm & foot. Sometimes continuous pain, sometimes the pain is shifting one place to another. Sometimes movement & massaging or pressure makes her feel more comfortable. Sometimes not. Previously I gave her Kalmia Latifolia 6 to her and seem it works very fine. But after 15-20 days the pain back. Recently I gave her Kalmia Latifolia 30 as you advised for her chest pain and finger pain. But it doesn’t work as good as previous. Please sir advice.
I have now some quires to you as follows
1. Please suggest remedy for her present condition.
2. As my wife have a lot of symptoms like rheumatoid arthritis (my observation, not sure). Does need any other blood test like- anti–CCP for confirmation of rheumatoid arthritis?
3. Now she takes Thyroidinum 3x, 1 tab twice a day. Does it need any changes in taking Thyroidinum 3x?

Thyoridinum 3X should be continued as it is. She should have a glass of fresh apple juice every day. Many time we focus too much on remedies and forget healthful fruits and regular exercises.

Sir, what is the reason for her body aching you think? Please make some comments about her high ESR of blood. Is there any possibility to have homeopathic aggravation for taking Thyroidinum 3x long time? Can I give her Thyroidinum 3x by homeopathic dilutions with water? If yes, please advice, how many tablets in 100 ml of water? Boiled/ mineral/ distill water- which should use?
