Dear Kadwa Sir,

Now my wife’s major complaints are:
i) There is an oppressed, unrest or uneasiness feeling in her chest with pain in the middle of the chest. She can’t describe or explain the feeling. For this I gave her Kali Carb 30 twice a day (for two days). After taking k.carb chest problem increase and then I have afraid and stopped it. Now she is feeling some improvement from this problem. But she and also I afraid that if the problem comes again. Please dr give proper remedies particularly for this problem. Because she think and also I observed that now it aggravate her all suffering.
ii) Waist pain & too much itching in the lower part of the body from waist.
iii) Again she feels burning in her back. For this I have started cantharis 30 twice a day. But don’t know whether it right or wrong. Can I continue cantharis 30 for this problem & how many days/doses?
iv) Fatigue or lack of energy.
One thing I should inform you that, she takes salt in rice, also sensitive to smell, noise and light.

Sir I have Aconite Nap 30 in home. Can I use Aconite 30 twice a day instead of Aconite 200? Any remedies for waist pain & too much itching in the lower part of the body from waist.

Today my wife is feeling better. But sometimes nausea problem suffering her very much. When nausea is less or absent then she is feeling quite well. I continue gave her Ipecac 200 for nausea problem. Sir is it ok to continue one remedy (for my wife case it is Ipecac 200) for long time? For last 2 days I also gave her Aconite 200 & Phosphorus 200 as per your last guideline. I don’t understand how long continue these two remedies (Aconite 200 & Phosphorus 200)? There is dry skin with too much itching in her lower part of the body from waist. So I have 3 quires now:
1. Is it ok to continue one remedy (for my wife case it is Ipecac 200) for long time?
2. How long continue these two remedies (Aconite 200 & Phosphorus 200)?
3. Remedy for dry skin with too much itching in her lower part of the body from waist.

Please make sure that, it's not arnica, it is aconite. One more thing, from 30.05.16 night to 02.06.16 morning I gave her Cal. Carb 200 Twice a day, now can I give her sulphur 30. I have learn that there are inimical relation between cal. carb and sulphur. Please sir confirm.

Now my wife’s one major problem is nausea, which aggravate her all suffering. I used Ipecac 200 for that. But sometimes she feels better, sometimes not. Sir, can I use Antimonium Tartaricum (as per remedy relationship Anti. Tart follows well after Ipecac) for her nausea problem? From Materia Medica I have found some symptoms of Anti. Tart closely related to her problems, like:
1. debility and sweat characteristic
2. Sometimes trembling of whole body and great prostration.
3. Lumbago. Chills and muscular pains.
4. Mind and Head: Vertigo, despondency. Fear of being alone. Band-like feeling over forehead.
5. Abdomen: Nausea, retching with faintness and prostration. Nausea produces fear; with pressure in precordial region, followed by headache. Thirst for cold water. Burning sensation in chest, which ascends to throat. Rapid, short, difficult breathing; seems as if he would suffocate.

So, please give me advice whether I can use Antimonium Tartaricum instead of Ipecac. If yes, then specify the potency and dose of Antimonium Tartaricum.

Yesterday I have completed my wife's 5 days sulphur 30 course. But there is no improvement. Moreover from yesterday night her itching problem increase very much then previous, which aggravate at bed and at night. All day she suffers from this problem. It is very difficult for her to do house hold work. From yesterday night she is also suffering from palpitations & burning feeling in back problem. For these 2 problems I gave her Aconite Nap 200 and don’t know is it ok.

Now I have two queries:
1. Now what remedy should I give her for so severe itching problem in waist and thighs, which aggravate at bed and at night?
2. From yesterday night I gave her Aconite Nap 200 for her palpitations & burning feeling in back problem. Is it ok? If yes, how long I continue this remedy? If no, what is the proper remedy? Please specify the potency and doses.

Thank you for being with us in this forum. Sir, recently I am reading Materia Medica about Calcarea Carb and find a lot of symptoms (about 60-70%) closely related to my wife's problems. I think calcarea carb is her main/ proper remedy. Last two months she takes calcarea carb 200 as follows:

1. From 12.05.16 to 14.05.16
2. From 30.05.16 night to 02.06.16 morning
3. From 06.07.16 evening to 08.07.16 evening.

Sir can I give her calcarea carb 200 in monthly basis? If yes, please specify the doze.
