Help with morning sickness please!

Hi
I am 5.5 weeks pregnant with my second child and have started suffering from morning sickness. It was particularly bad last night and hope that someone might have an idea what might help!

I don't have any particular cravings except eggs (Calc Carb?.

Food doesn't interest me - it's more a case of feeling I should eat because my stomach is empty.

I mainly want to eat crackers - bread tends to stick in my throat.

I prefer cool to hot drinks (but not cold) and sip them rather than down them in one.

I get a gnawing sensation in my stomach at night, right in the pit, and it feels like acid is coming up.

Last night, I woke up suddenly feeling nauseous after only being asleep for 10 minutes. This was at 11pm. I stayed awake for 3 hours, with waves of nausea coming on, feeling hot inside my body and wanting a cool face cloth on my forehead. I had a small bout of diahorrea which made the nausea better.

Today my stomach feels empty and is rumbling a lot - feels like trapped wind.

My tongue is coated white.

I hope this is enough info - I have taken arsenicum in the past constitutionally and it helped with IBS.

Thanks for any help and best wishes
Sam

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
try IPECACUANAH 200C some 3 or 4 doses every 4 hour whenever you get the feeling of nausea.
