lichen planus
i have a rash on the sole and top of my foot as well as the ankles and insides of wrists. They come up as bumps, blister and pop and wont go away. the soles of my feet have gotten hard and its ITCHY. I've recently gone through a divorce and very difficult times financially so it doesnt surprise me to learn that stress is a predicator. What can I do. Of course the Dr gave me steroid cream but after reading, Im scared to use it. I really want to do something homeopathically but there is conflicting info. What can you tell me? sensation. for the most part it doesnt bother me. but intensely itchy at times. the skin is rough and leathery esp in the arch. the spots on my wrists dont itch as much. the spots come up like a little blister then pop (after itching intensely. spots are either skin color or reddish. mostly on bottom of feet, top of feet, ankles and shins. if i scratch (and i have scratched... wake up scratching), it seems to take a long time to heal. the bumps harden. when i do scratch the skin flakes off in a white powder. they itch in the evening or at night. its worse when i bathe, soak them, moisturize or apply the steroid cream... usually a delayed action a little while after i tend to them. the skin is dry. i dont believe its allergies. i have changed my diet and im not experiencing allergies like i normally. its onset has been gradual and i thought that it was plantar warts gone CRAZY. but treatment for that has not affected it at all. i truly believe its a result of intense financial, mental, and emotional stress. nothing i've tried thus far has positively affected it. it appears to have stopped spreading. but the bumps, discoloration and leathery feel remain. i am 40, female, and i do administrative work. i am unhappy in my current position and am looking for a more satisfying, lucrative position. my personality is changing. tho i was depressed for years, ive recently turned to a more spiritual path. i still stress out at times but i try to focus on positives. i am silly, smart, and loving. im overweight. but i am vigorous and basically healthy. i smoke and would like to quit... its difficult. i like animals, positive people, music and learning. i have an inquisitive mind and am intuitive and openminded (more so all the time) i paid medical claims for 10 years but KNOW many answers lie in homeopathy and alternative medicine as opposed to mainstream. the natural way is preferred to me. there is a history of diabetes in my family. my own health problems (save this) have largely disappeared with my spiritual and dietary changes. i tend to be cold - my house is cold. and circulation isnt optimal in my extremities. seems to improve with exercise. i hope this completes what you need. thank you so much for your assistance. - t

take SEPIA OFFICINALIS 30C three doses every day for a week or so.
once you get a little improvement, taper the dose frequency to once a day for some days more.
stop SEPIA if you do not get any improvement even in a week and come back here for an alternative prescription.
