Can not smell or taste

My brother can not smell, therfor can not taste for the last 5 years...
He had nasal polyps removed 2 years ago but that did not change anything...
we were looking at the Sinuswars website and i was wondering if anyone has tried it and does it work..
Any other ideas as to help??
