Back ache

I am 30 year old female. I have 2 kids. I am having mild back ache in my lower back ever since our first one was born in 2001. Couple of days back it suddenly aggravated. I think it is because I was carrying my yonger one (14 months old) for longer time. From past 3 days I am having severe pain in my back. and I am not able to move. Can anyone suggest any remedies, Please?

Rhustox-30c thice a day ( 3 drops in a little water per dose) for three day and report.

Thanks for the response. I have Rhustox30 pills with me. I dont have drops. Can I take pills instead of drops? will this have same effect?
