sir,

Kindly guide me what should I start for my shoulder pain that is very mild and occur only when moved shoulder upside fully stretched.or touching back by hand. or shome times keeping hand below below the head while lying down. Shoulder seems to to loose some times.No external pain as such.

for left shoulder Chenopodium 30x alternate with Rhus tox 30x
for right shoulder
Chellidonium 30xalternate with Sangunaria 30x
4 times a day....remember i m not DR...

B 12 is also good for it
