Undescended testicle problem: Plz help!

A 23 year old male is suffering from depression. This patient has undescended testicle, suffers from lower stomatch pains, back pain, and occasional vomiting. The sexual drive is high, which makes him feel really frustrated and negative about himself. Thinks he is worthless. He is very moody; often cries, feels totally helpless, and hates the whole world. He wants to become really successfull and good. He has this urge to keep busy and to be doing something useful all the time. All of his symptoms gets worse in the cold weather. He is going to have a surgery for his undescended testicle next month. Any suggestion???

Thankyou so much for your help. I also wanted to mention that the patient is also very religious at times. He always wants to pray and worries alot about his salvation. All his symptoms get worse at night and in the cold weather. Somebody also suggested Aurum Met for him. He is very active and he always seems to be in a hurry. He wants to do everything very quickly, he is overactive, mentally and physically. His hunger drive is also high. He is very sensitive to light but not to noise or other things. What do you think?

Something more about him. He is also very doubtful about love. he does not trust himself and does not want other to trust him either. he is very business-minded. he has very high goals for himself. he feels he has many responsibilities..etc etc

Patient is undergoing operation for the changed pathology, under such circumstances, we have to give the medicine, (nux in this case), for facilitating the patient for surgery and not to prescribe on his symptoms.
