Acid reflux

Greetings!
I am 36 years a old male. in fairly good health. In the last year or so, I have developed severe acid reflux. I live in the US and I believe it has something to do with the food we eat here.

weight - 145 pounds
food habits - mostly veg

I used to take renatidine 75 for about 6 months, and now, I changed to homeopathy. I take NAT PHOS 6X about 4 tablets 3 to 4 times daily. I was ok for the first month or so, but the problem seems to have returned. Now, taking nat phos does not seem to help any more.

I would appreciate any help/ suggestions.

Best regards,

Thank you Dr Mahfooz. I will need some time to get the medicine. But will report a week after taking it.
