Hypo-Thyroidism Remedies

Hi

I am nearly 40 years old, diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3yrs ago (underactive Tyroid) with no other symtoms like “Graves” or no swelling on the neck. My TSH levels are 13.46 which is very high, as they say should be between 0.0-5.50. My doctor prescribed for Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets 25mcg then increased the dose to 50 mcg and last month increased it to 100mcg. I know that these days I feel less tired compared to before and have slightly increased weight but not too much.

I am surprised that it hasn’t made much difference and I am wondering what I can take to reduce this - I have thought of using Thyroidium but not sure how much potency or how many etc. to take as I don’t know much and would appreciate anyone’s advice.

I play hockey and feel quite energetic while playing, which is also very surprising but otherwise the symptoms faced are Fatigue, lack of energy at times, Weight gain, Feeling cold, Dry skin (on my back in a small area)and hair loss.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have looked at other threads and can see that I might need more then one remedy to address this medical problem.

any advice ?
