Dear dr. Razzaq,AOA,
(1) Please give your patient a patent medicine named as 'SINUSPAX' Lehnining Co. a useful combination for case No.1. However you may try TEUCRIUM MARUM VERUM-30 or LEMNA MINOR-30
2) Please give patient No.2 BARYTA CARBONICA-30.

Sinuspax contains the following.
Calciicarbonas - 1X, Calciifluor - 3X, Mangani Sulfas - 3X, Belladonna - 3X, Sabadilla - 3X, Heparis sulfur calc. - 1X, Hydrastis - 2X, Kalii sulf. - 2X, Silicea - 3X, Thuya - 1X, Kalii Chromicum - 3X.
Silecia antidotes sabadilla.Bell and Sil are antidotes for Hepar sulph.
What will be the action of this cconcocion? No one knows for sure.
What will you do in case this concoction acts for a brief period and fails to relieve afterwards?
What follower will you choose?
In case of aggravation, how do you select the antidote?
A medicine based on totality has a fair chance of cure, and the medicine selected on allopathic diagnosis has every chance of failure.
