bedwetting in child

hi everyone
my problem is I have a daughter 6years old
she is suffering from bedwetting problem we have tried all sorts of medicines but to no avail.
She urinates 3-4 times in a night wth lot of teeth chattering.
She is weak & has a low diet
please suggest a remedy
an early answer will be highly appreciated

She also suffered from acute constipation few times back now sometimes she complains about constipation or else its ok,but what trobles the most is weakness,bedwetting along with teeth chattering.

Dr Mafooz & Dr J K Mohla if she use one drops of cina in 500ML bottle of water with in 3 days time it will more effective instead of spoon .

Let it be given in 30 potency since he has already got it. It will work. To be given 2 drops in one spoon of water three times a day.
