Bedwetting in child
Looking to determine correct remedy for 7 yr. old girl. She holds urine fine during day, but not at night. She's primary (never has held through night). Struggled w/constipation, but this has been resolved for several months. when 2.5 yrs. old was hospitalized with severe urinary infection - maybe never fully resolved? (tests negative). Not a weak child. A bit shy. Very bright. Very driven, disciplined, strict parents - mother high anxiety. No siblings. (This is my niece). Generally poor diet, likely leaky gut. Recently began to develop fatty deposit around stomach area (very big child for age, not fat, but big boned - wears size 10-12 clothes, not yet 8 yrs. old). I hope this is enough to start. I've looked at many remedies, but think it must be constitutional, as it's so chronic.Thank you for any advice.

Thank you very much for responding. I will pose these questions to her mother today.
Here are answers to the questions I did know to ask:
Child is a deep sleeper, sometimes a restless one. Says she isn't thirsty, does not take much water. Mother suspects that she rejects water because she worries about wetting, but child says not so - she says she's just not thirsty. Parents don't know how early in the night she wets, but pull ups are wet by morning.
She has 1 firm stool daily, but I've asked them to elaborate on the constipation problem that existed a few months ago and I'll report back with that and perspiration pattern.

Thank you. 30C or 30X?
I didn't have a chance to talk to mother this weekend, so I still don't have details on the constipation issue, but I did learn that child sweats only on physical exertion, no obvious centralized area of body, except around head (she has very long, thick hair) tends to be hot-blooded.
