OK, currently I have been giving him Bio-Plasgen 5 as suggested after CV 30. His condition is getting worse or not getting better.
He is complaining all the time that he does not feel good, he is tired. He is blowing his nose very frequently...every few minutes. I feel that he is not focussed and having problem concentrating too.... may be because of excessive nasal discharge.
Dr. Deoslok, I have provided all the details earlier. To add further, he is a pure vegetarian. He is very out going, cheerful kid, likes to joke around, easy going kid. As far as foods, he is a bit of picky eater, has to be pushed to try something different. He is not skinny kid but not fat either, just slim normal kid. Complexion is wheatish. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

yOU are struggling for the simple problem of your Son's Nasal Allergies for the last one month without cure. Right remedies suggested to you i.e. Blladona and ARs. Alb. somewhere on 5th October have not been trieed for relief so far.

Today, his nasal discharge is very very frequent and profuse. He was complaining of tiredness and not feeling good.
I have given him Ars Alb 30 twice today, once in the morning and once in the evening. Let's see how he responds.
I would like to get rid of his sinus allergies. I will start giving frequent updates here on the forum.

Update:
The first day after giving him Ars Alb he felt better. He was blowing nose very frequently and was on worse side of his allergies.
Now it's been additional 2 days of Ars Alb 30 & no further improvement. Like I had mentioned before, I have given him Ars Alb before but I was not able to get rid of his allergies. Ars did not help his allergies.

OK I can try Belladona.
CV and Phos was tried on him. CV was recently given to him & the response was posted. Phos has been given to him in the past but no relief to sinus allergies.
I would like all to jump in to give the input. I am trying different remedies but somehow he is not responding.
Now again his nasal discharge is thick clear with yellowish/greenish mixture. His throat on & off hurts and he says he has a sick feeling. He has been saying that he doesn't feel good. I won't be surprised that he has low grade fever. This is what I mean, we can control all these acute symptoms again by Puls or Merc Sol but can't get rid of his chronic condition.
I would like input from all the practioners/homeopathic doctors etc to jump in to help. Please help. If I had some local help I would have done so long time ago.

Initially I felt the frequency of blowing had reduced. He had low grade fever with red lips etc. which went away.
Now he is back to his original constant blowing nose. He says that even after blowing nose, he feels that his nose at the root is still not clear, feels stuffed up. His nasal discharge at times is yellowish greenish & today had blood streaks in them.
Additionally he has started to cough a lot but no expectoration. His chest feels congested heavily.
He continues to feel tired and his energy level has not improved. One thing about him is that he does not sleep well. He says he is constantly tossing around on the bed in the night.

Did you try the neti pot as suggested to you earlier? I saw an American doctor demonstrate this on the Oprah show on a guest. It looked very simple.
It is a special type of pot specificly for cleaning out the mucus from the sinusus.

No significant change with Kali Bi 30C (wet dose).
Yesterday & today he is complaining of sore throat. The weather here is changing from hot to cold & after few days it will be back to warm weather & again cold. This is the way the winters are here locally. In short generally warm weather with few spells of cold wave from the North.

Hi Rajan,
My name is Vijay Thakkar. I m not a Homeopath. I m a Business man from Mumbai, India. I m a father of a 14 year old child who was suffering some what similar to what your child is going thru. In addtion my son's main complaint was Asthma. You can check the old posts in this forum to see the history.
I don't know whether you will believe to what i am about to tell. But looking at your plight I felt that I should share my experience with you.
As I can understand, your child is suffering from Chronic Sinusitis. And what I have seen, none of the conventional medicines will help in any of the field i.e homeopathy or allopathy or ayurveda. All I can do is request you to try what i m telling you.
Here are the things which i think you should do immediately.
(1) First and foremost, in such conditions the body tends to get dehydrated very easily. This will push him to other weaknesses.So make sure that your son's body remains hydrated all the time. The simple way to ensure hydration is that you give him Electral Powder (It is a brand name for Oral Hydration Salts.I dont know whether available in US) with water. Under no circumstances let his body get dehydrated.
(2) Get hold of 100% pure ALOE VERA JUICE (Get aloe vera Barbadendis). No additives or as less as possible. I am assuming that your son's weight will be around 40 Kg or more. If it less then decrease the dosage proportionately. But if it is over 40 Kgs then give him 15 ml. of Pure Aloe Vera Juice with a Glass of very warm water at the time of sleep. This has to be the last thing that he has before he goes to sleep. Give it atleast for 7 to 15 days.
(3) Get hold of Pure Aloe Vera Gel (It is different from Aloe Vera Juice). Get a brand which is as natural as possible and with no or least fragrance. Apply the Gel on the chest and on the nose in the morning. Ask him to Drink a Glass of warm water. And take Steam Inhalation. It should be as early in the morning after he gets up. Take steam inhalation for as long as he can tolerate or atleast for 5 minutes.
(4) Due to this Chronic Ailment his immune system will be compromised. To boost his system give him a regular multi vitamin which should have Magnesium, Selenium, Thiamine, B12 etc. This should be only in the initial phase of treatment and that too as a booster.
Rajan, If you ignore my advice I will understand. But what I m recommending is not at all harmful in any way, so why not try it once. See for yourself whether if works or not.All the very best to your son.

Dear Rajan,
A Post Script: If at all you have to give him allopathic medicines, dont give him Antibiotic or AntiViral medicine. This is not a Bacterial or Viral Infection as is very popularly believed. It is infact a Fungal Infection, and should be treated as such with a good AntiFungal medicine and Paracetamol.

Thanks for your extemely nice, detailed reply. Sorry for the late response. I have obtained Aloe Vera Juice & Gel from a local store and will start today.
I have a question, the Gel should be applied to the chest & the nose in the morning? Not in the night? Is it OK to go outside the house in the morning, in the open, with the Gel applied? I appreciate your help & will let you know the results/response.
In general, I have heard that that the aloe vera juice is good for allergies, boosting immune system (as you had mentioned) and to de-toxify the liver and kidneys, regulates the bowel system and good for acid reflux & diabetes too. Probably needs to be taken for a month.
I agree with you that allergies are neither viral not bacterial. Some people are sensitive to get rid of the un-harmful irritants in the air and the body naturally tries to get rid of them.
A good herb to get rid of fungal problems is 'Oregano' which I had mentioned on one the threads and can get instant results on fungal problems.
