Thank you for the breathing exercises.
I'm better.
There is mild chest symptoms, but much less.
Greatly improved my condition.
I feel the chest symptoms sometimes, scary, but I hope goes away completely.
I'm using is in the morning, half a tablet in Concor.
(Cardiology Committee.)
I would also leave.
I look forward to your suggestion.

If you do the breathing exercises regularly that should help you overall in the long term.
Please repeat a single dose of calc carb 200 if there is a significant relapse in your symptoms.

A few months ago, somebody on this forum was looking for a prescriber with knowledge of bengali. Perhaps they should have tried this tool.
Yes people can now translate to any language that's available with the tool. I think 64 languages are available from africaans to yiddish.

It is better to repeat Calc Carb 200 only after 10-15 days. It should be repeated only if there is a relapse in your symptoms.
Later you may see how a single dose of Calc Carb 1M works if Calc Carb 200 stops working.
Similarly after that you may also see how Lycopodium 200 affects.
It is better to start a new thread for your friend.

For example: migraine , akne, and now the panik improves.

Sometimes I feel a tiny symptom, but it is very small and quickly disappears.
Almost nothing.
I am very happy that the panic is almost gone.

At present 1-2 acne appeared on my face, I hope go away quickly.
What turns me the bit of the problem with varicose veins popping up on my feet.
About the week ago, too sensitive to the inside of my right leg.
It formed two small blue spots.
The first of the knee under, the second leg in the middle of the inside of my thigh.
Sensitive.
The little is sore.

Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how it affects in next 15 days.
This should help your varicose veins and may also take care of panic which has substantially reduced now.

Is acne come back on my face again.
About a week ago I am not well.
I feel the chest symptoms.
Rumbling, difficulty breathing, strong heart rate, etc ....
Worse: during eating, after eating, windy weather, tight clothes, alone, move...
I desire it and I like the spicy foods.
I desire the soup.
I like the pasta.
I eat very little fruit, quasi nothing.
I like the hot pepper, and black pepper.
After black pepper, my urine has a strong smell.
That's normal?
My symptoms came back after Lycopodium. (Not immediately.

- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods?
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive?
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery?
- Do you notice any clots in the flow?
Do you suffer from leucorrhoea? If yes, please describe in detail the following..
when do you have this problem? before, during or after menses, do you have this problem always?

Yes,in the flow, there is clotted blood sometimes.
Leucorrhoea:
Sometimes have a little something, before the menstrual period, but I think it is normal.
There is very little, almost nothing.
There is no odor.
There is no discomfort feeling.
Long ago I suffered from leucorrhoea.
You suggested to me homeopathy : Calcium carbonicum and Natrium muriaticum and Ignatia amara. (To my headache)
From among the three, one were useful to leucorrhoea also.
Maybe Nat m, or Ignatia or Calc carb?

I have a headache today all day long.
