yes... never had it before ever... infact it was cold sweat with a feeling that i would faint and vomit... though i becme alright in 5 minutes...

Sorry for the late reply. I was in a long flight to US.
If the original symptoms were 10 (on a scale of 1 to 10 , 10 being the worst), how would you rate the current symptoms ?

It has to be Arsenic Album.
Go to it alone.
Take 3 doses of Ars. Alb. 200C on any single day. Space the doses by 3 hours.
Report status in 1 week.

And by the way , you have to stop that SCALPTONE thing, as it will spoil your case.
It is not BIOCHEMIC.
You have to learn to be a bit patient. Starting off on mixtures on your own, when someone is following your case closely here is not a prudent idea.
Anyways, I had told you to procure Arsenic Album in the reply to your e-mail.
Take the above doses and you should feel better.

I had procured the Ars Alb 200 and taken the dosage(19,20n 21st jan) as per recommendation... nothing noticeable to report so far..
Will fall back to this forum whenever there is some change.

the 3 doses were to be taken on one 1 day spaced at 3 hours. Ars Alb. 200C is not to be continued for 3 days. If you are still taking it , stop and wait for a reaction. It might take a week for the reaction to develop.

The chill will resolve with time. Also, I have heard it is very cold in Delhi these days :)

i am feeling alright with my anxiety n depression problems but only thing i'd like to mentiomn is that my concentration is still poor+ the chilly hands n feet remain.

Kindly determine your hypothyroid status by way of regular test for Thyroid and post your TSH here frequently. So that we know exactly what homeo medicine is exactly helping you /is curing you.
And this is going to help alot of other people like me who is finding a cure for hypothyroid for my mother 58 yrs (who due to excessive take of eltroxin has now developed osteoporosis.)
Kindly post your wellness by way of posting TSH. This is the correct way of knowing, either your thyroid is working properly or now.
Because there are alot of daily stress factors every days and I don't believe any one has the ability to distinguish the homeopathic effect and the daily stress.
I have not made myself clear, but i believe my point is understood.

It is not the 'tests' which will ascertain the effectiveness of a prescription. The TSH will fall in line eventually. It is first of all the reduction in the level of anxiety and mental anguish that the patient was feeling which determines whether the medicine is working or not.
Diseases are not material things according to a homeopath. These are just dynamic derangements of the vital force. The material manifestations are just the 'result' but they are not the disease itself.
I would advise you to kindly first believe in homeopathy if you are looking for a cure. If do not believe in it , then I do not think it is going to be of any help (especially online prescribing where one or two remedies might need to be tried before we hit the simillimum at times).
